SPECIAL REPAIR TO BLDG NO P-798 (OTM) AT SRIGANGANAGAR MIL STN

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises.

M&L 600x300x7 mm thick premium quality glazed ceramic coloured tiles as in vertical sufaces such as skirting or dado set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed/jointed with epoxy grout to match the shade of tiles including 10mm backing coat in CM 1:4.

M&L Green Marble work 15-16mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms, flooring, and like with white marble border (100mm wide) in avg 20mm thick cement mortar/screed bed (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Single piece stone shall be used in risers and steps, 3 Nos grooves of size 3x3mm shall be provided at tread and included in quoted rates)

M&L for Double charged premium quality Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick(square/ rectangular) jointed with spacers ,polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but n exc 1.00 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in epoxy grout to match including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Double charged premium quality Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) jointed with spacers ,polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but n exc 1.00 Sqm in vertical surfaces etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Non- skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed/joints to be filled with epoxy grout to match the shade of the tiles including 15mm screed bed in CM 1:6.

M & L granite (telephonic black/as approved) work 20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in cooking platforms and like in cement mortar/screed 1:4, 15mm thick, including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL).

M&L for 25 mm thick cement concrete flooring type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate finished even and fair.
