Material and labour for PCC Padding (1:2:4) type B-1 (20 mm graded aggregate) avarage thickness as specified to bring uniform slope in floors/ roof slab and including over apply with brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0kg/Sqm after cleaning of existing roof top surface with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering on roof top surfaces in CM 1:3 with using with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement. Finishing the even and smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying a tack coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @1.20 Kg/sqm over compatable primer at 0.40 ltr/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for APP polymeric water proofing minimum weighing 3.00 Kg per sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforce with polyster non wooven fabric laid over roof surface with 100 mm over lap and including vertical surfaces upto required height and tucking into grooves and sealing complete with thermofusion, torch application over and including cleaning plastered surfaces and applying two coats of solar reflector aluminium paint on APP membrane complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement motar, stone/boulder masonry, build in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of new surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100% anti fungal acrylic emulsion paint over one coat primer all as per manufacturer instruction and including necessary scaffoldings upto G+4 etc etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix GI tubing, medium grade, 20 mm bore with all fittings and connections and fixing complete to walls, floors or cielings ,including taking down existing, complete all as pecified and directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steelbwork of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for rolled sections as in main or cross beams, rafters, purlins of specifed angular/tubular section, beams or channel sections with flange plates caps, bases, cleats and other connections Fe-410 W (Gde E-250) quality B complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering to wall fixed with self tapping screws as in roof/sunshade etc all complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth andapplying two coats of polyurethane paint over a coat of polyurethane primer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of demolished materials/debris to a distance exc 1.50 KM but n exc 5.00 KM complete all as specified and directed.
