COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICAL LIFTS INSTALLED AT NARAINA VIHAR P 65 TO 87 AND KIRBY PLACE UNDER GE U P AND M DELHI CANTT

Comprehensive maintenance of electrically operated passenger/good lifts (Kone make) installed at Urban village & DGIS lift in reliable safe and efficient operating condition through MoU OEM by regularly examining, lubricating and adjusting the equipment’s and carry out planned maintenance in systematic and controlled manner suitable for serving Ground + Three & Eight floor i.e total four and Nine landings with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device as per the following locations complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (a) Naraina Vihar Block No P-65 to 87 Capacity of lift - 08 Passenger lift - 23 Nos & 13 Passenger lift - 23 Nos Total - 46 Nos lift (b) Kirby Place - 08 Passenger lift - 03 Nos & 13 Passenger lift - 03 Nos Total - 06 Nos lift Make of Lift:- M/s TKE Pvt Ltd, Qty = 06 No Lifts Total 52 Lifts Period - 01 Each Month Notes for Item No 1 :- (i) The comprehensive maintenance shall be done through respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Kone Elevator India Pvt Ltd. (ii) Retreived items are property of OEM. (iii) The above maintenance include complete maintenance of existing lift by regul arly and systematically examining adjusting fabricating as and when required for smooth and efficient functioning of the equipment/lift. (iv) Contractor need to submit safety scurity certificate of lifts from OEM. (v) The OEM will also detail one technician staff to inspect the lift every week regar ding functioning of lifts or any other issues arising in the lift. (vi) Contractor will submit Tax invoice in original before payment.
