1-Provision of Second Detection by DC Track circuit to make it Dual

Design of circuits in connection with preparation of wiring diagrams as per approved Signalling Plan and submission of indoor as well as outdoor completion documents for alteration work. It includes Route Section Plan (RSP), Selection Table (ST), Locking Table (LT) and Control Panel Diagram (CPD). Two copies of prints with soft copy will be submitted to Railway for checking. If alterations are suggested/proposed by Railways, then again two copies of prints will be submitted for advance approval after carrying out all the alterations as suggested/proposed by the Railways. Tracings will be submitted for all the diagrams mentioned above for the purpose of approval by Railway prior to commissioning of station. All drawings will be prepared in CAD. The wiring diagrams 1 will consist relay rack analysis, relay contact analysis, fuse details. Tag block analysis etc. A separate CD/Pen drive will be submitted to Railway for each station along with original tracings. It also includes preparation and supply of laminated one set o f all completion plans including circuit diagrams and indoor as well as outdoor completion documents on standard 75- micron polyester film for station in Auto CAD. 6 (Six) sets photo copies will be submitted for each of the documents mentioned below: Cable Route Plan, Cable Core Chart, Location details plan for all t h e locations, Cable termination details, Signalling Plan, SWR Diagram, Wiring Diagrams, Selection Table, Locking Table, Contact Analysis, Fuse and Tag Block Analysis of Relay Rack and CT Rack, Control Cum Indication Panel, Power Panel Diagram, Track Circuit Plan, Rack Erection Plan and Junction Box details etc. Note: Total cost of design a n d completion documents f o r a station/yard will be calculated on basis of total possible movements/routes as per Selection Table (ST). Modification /Alteration in existing EI (Electronic Interlocking) as per latest RDSO guidelines /TAN. It includes: Design and modification in existing Interface and Interlocking circuits and logic of EI system including modification in the VDU (Video Display Unit)/ LCP (Local Control panel)/ CCIP (Control cum Indication Panel), Maintenance terminal (MPC), Data Logger, Relay rack wiring. The complete work should comply with the latest RDSO specifications and guidelines and as per approved S I P a n d circuit diagrams. A l l the material (Interface cards/re1ays/wiring material/ connectors /fuses/communication devices etc.) shall be provided by the contractor. The work also includes the supply of modified Selection table, Interface Circuits, VDU/LCP/CCIP diagram etc. to suit the modified SIP. It also includes the carrying out of FAT, SAT (as applicable) jointly with Railways and satisfactory commissioning.
