SCHEDULE "A" PART-I (OH TANK) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'Over Head Tank' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-I against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-II (External Water supply) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for ' External Water Supply' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-III (Road, Path and Culvert) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'Road Path and Culvert ' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-III against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-IV (Fencing, Compound Wall & Gate) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'Fencing, Compound Wall & Gate ' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-IV against the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Sch 'A' Part-V (Site clearance, excavation & earth works) Lump sum price worked out by the contractor for 'Site clearance, excavation & earth works' as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-Vagainst the lump sum price inserted by the MES.

Note for Srl No 2 to 6 The percentage above / below the SSR -2020 (part-II) rates shall be derived from the amount quoted by the contractor against Srl No. 2 to 6 by comparing it with the amount inserted / pre- priced by the department and the same shall be applicable for the items of respective schedule

Schedule 'A' Part-VI (Miscellaneous works)

External Water Supply

Item No 01 : Supply, Laying, jointing & testing of Ductile iron (DI), pressure pipes with spigot and socket ends, centrifugally cast, class K-9, with cement mortar lining in inner side as per IS:8329/2000 (latest revision) and other relevant standards and metallic zinc coating followed by a finishing layer of epoxy paint on outer side, suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket joint) including rubber gasket, in any length laid in trenches/ over masonry pillar and connection to old or new position complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:-

(a) 250 mm dia (from Dipatoli Pump house to Mahar line OH Tank)

(b) 150 mm dia ( from existing CI pipe to Prop OH tank at Offrs KLP)

Note for item No 01:- 1. Before laying of pipe line contractor has to submit layout diagram as per level difference and ensure proper alignment of the pipe. 2. While laying the DI pipe cutting is required for inserting the new tee branches, bend etc deemed to be included in quoted rate. 3. DI specials shall be measured and paid seperately.

Item No 02 : M&L for Ductile iron fitting for spigot socket pipe such as bends (any type, radius and angle) tapers any type (straight, bend increasing, decreasing or double socket etc.) Tee pieces single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross (All socket or socket and spigot) collars, restrained joint, mechanical joint, caps & plugs 100 mm to 250 mm dia bore including cutting and jointing old/new positions as specified and as directed.

Item No 03 : S & F cast iron sluice valve with stainless steel spindle and cast iron hand wheel complying with IS: 14846-2000, class PN 1.6 both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & nos complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:-

(a) 250 mm dia (10")

(b) 150 mm dia (6")

Item No 04 : Supply and fixing cast iron body and brass gate heavy duty non return valve (NRV)with by - pass arrangements, IS-5312, ISI marked both ends flanged with 2 Nos rubber insertion gasket joints, nuts, bolts & washers of required size & Nos complete of size 250 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 05 : Supply and fixing cast iron Air valves with single air outlets, conforming to IS-14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in cast iron water supply mains of size 250 mm dia complete all as specified and directed..

Item No 06 : Taking up cast iron sluice valve / NRV of size 200 mm dia including removing of bolts & nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Item No 07: Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 900mm x 900mm x 900mm (internal dimensions) one Brick thick wall in cement mortar 1:4 on 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate) in foundation, Rendering 15 mm thick internally an externally upto 150 mm below GL, Providing 3.0mm tthick MS sheet valve pit cover, welded with 40x5mm flat iron frame alround including provision of hinges, handle and locking arrangement and 40 x 40 x 6 mm angle iron frame fixed on top of valve pit by means of holdfast 150mm long embedded in PCC 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) Block of size 230 x 200 x 100 mm, applying two coats of anti-corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer after preparation of all exposed to steel surfaces including necessary excavation & Earth work in soil complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Note for Schedule of Credit Amount of credit Rs. 1230650 .00 given in credit Schedule shall be deducted manually from the quoted Lump sum to arrive at Contract Sum.
