Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed:1 meter from cutting edge.All kinds of soil :

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m .

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non-modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation/plinth & superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level including curing in : Cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

12 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

15 mm Cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 liter/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing inagurataion stone of granite(Size 3'-0"x2'-0") incl.engraving writing and fixing in wall including construction of Pedestal complete job

Carriage of material by M.T incl loading/unloading & stacking complete

Sand for an avg. lead of 30 Kms by MT &50 Mtr by H.L

Stone agg. below 40 mm nominal size for an avg. lead of 30 Kms by MT & 50Mtr by H.L

Earth an avg. lead of 1.00 Kms by MT & 100Mtr by H.L

Bricks for an avg. lead 220 km by MT & 50 Mtr by H.L
