(f) Preparation of surface with sand paper after scrubbing and French polishing to chair easy including to the parts repaired/replaced under item No 1 to 4, to the required gloss to match with the existing complete all as specified and as shown on drg. DRG NO FD-229

(h) Preparation of surface with sand paper after scrubbing and French polishing to chair dining and including to the parts repaired/replaced under item No 15 to 19, to the required gloss to match with the existing complete all as specified and as shown on drg..(DRG NO FD/MAP-11/05, FD-279)

CHAIR STEEL, CB (OFFICE) WITHOUT ARMS & CHAIR CB OFFICE WITH ARMS,CHAIR STEEL TUBULAR WITH ARMS AND W/O ARMS: (For Item No 23 to 30) (a) M&L welding (Gas/Elect) in repair of tubular leg, with fine finishing and standard workman ship all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.(DRG NO FD-75M)

(b) Taking out U/S seat stiffner and S&F new seat stiffner made of 25x6 mm flat iron and 450 to 500mm long including required two holes for screw before 40mm at each end compelete all as specified on drawing as directed by Engineer-in-Charge .(DRG NO FD-75M)

(c) Taking out U/S stiffener and S&F new stiffiner of mild steel round bars 10mm dia and 450 mm long welded between the legs withfine finishing and standard workman ship and duly painted with two coat of Olive Green paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in- Charge.(DRG NO FD-75M)

(d) Same as item No 25 but 500 mm long complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .(DRG NO FD-75M)

(e) Taking out U/S seat and back fram chair CB steel and S&F new seat and back fram made of shisham wood well seasoned free from knots and cracks with permissible moisture contents as per shape and size duly black polished up to required finish. Weaving shall be done with platic cane not less than 0.35mm thick as shown on drg. (DRG NO FD-75M)

(f) Taking down u/s plastic cap from tubular pipe and S&F new plastic cap of approved quality complete all as specified and as shown on drg .(DRG NO FD-75M)

(g) Taking down old unserviceable arms rest and S&F new arm rest made of teak wood duly black and polish compelte all as directed by Engr -in-charge.(DRG NO FD-75M)

(h) Cutting/Taking out old unserviceable cane from chair steel tubular with arms, w/o arms and apply with two coat of olive green paint over a coat of red oxide primer and supplying recanning of chair tubular steel with and w/o arms.complete all as specified and as shown on drg (DRG NO FD-75M)

CHAIR VERANDAH: (For Item No 31 to 36) (a) M&L for cutting U/S cane and welding (Gas /Elect) of frame, 10 mm round bar , legs where as required to make its actual shape and size all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(DRG NO FD-256, FD/MAP/12)

(b) Taking out old U/S rusted legs of chair varandah and S&F new legs made of Conduit pipe 19mm dia 1.6mm thick and 1.35 Mtr duly painted with two coat of enamel paint (white ) over a coat of red oxide primer all complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (FD-256, FD/MAP/12)

(c) M&L cutting and removing U/S cane/PVC seat and back and preparation of old steel surfaces with sand paper and painting with two coat of synthetic enamel paint (White) complete as specified and directed by Engr-in-ChargeMake : Berger/Asian/Shalimar.(DRG NO FD-256, FD/MAP/12)

(d) Taking out old U/S rubber shoe and S&F new hard rubber shoe of 20 mm dia complete all as spcified and shown on drg.(FD-256, FD/MAP/12)

(e) Taking out old unserviceable PVC Seat and back and supply and fixing new PVC Seat & back 4MM thick with weight not less than 1.85 Kgs and grooves 90x10 No on seat & back. Complete all as specified and as shown on drg. make of PVC Seat & Back - Amko/Confo. complete all as spcified and shown on drg (FD- FD/MAP/12)

(f) Cutting/taking out old unserviceable cane from chair Verandah and supplying recanning of chair with white plastic cane (Oval shape) 2 mm wide and canning border with 4mm wide cane as per the Godrej pattern complete all as specified and as shown on drg.
