M & L for dismantling of centrifugal /Jockey/Terrace pump set of capacity upto 10/15/20 HP 3 phase, 415 volts, 50Hz, AC supply after disconnecting electric connection including repairing/ replacing defective parts worn out nuts, bolts, washers, terminal box, ball bearings, impeller, air release valve, gasket and gland packing to arrest the leakage from pump, oiling and greasing etc complete cleaning, painting of pump and motor with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint after applying one coat of red oxide primer and reassembling in position, testing, commissioning and connecting to pipe line complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare part/components shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only coupling with cover as per existing.

Cutting of burnt winding and rewinding the stator with supper enamelled copper wire of suitable size and class of insulation including insulation paper, sleeves, thimbles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of 63 mm dia gun metal branch pipe with 12.5 mm nozzle conforming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of hose box for hose reel of 20 mm size of 30 meter length complete with coupling branch pipe, nozzle and MS sheet 2 mm thickness complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of hose reel of 20 mm dia and 30 meter length conforming to IS 5132 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of branch pipe with nozzle of 20 mm dia for hose reel conforming to IS 8090 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of 63 mm dia 15 meter long hose conforming to IS 636 complete with male and female coupling conforming to IS 903 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of fire hydrant stand post with provn of single outlet conforming to IS 908 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair of Hose box made of 18 gauge MS Sheet 800mm X 600mm X 450mm with double door with 4 mm thick glasses and door frame made of 16 gauge MS sheet painted fire red outside and brilliant white inside yard and locking arrangement painted and mounted on masonry platform complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair MS flanged pipe NB heavy duty for multi storied building duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of zinc chromate primer including taking down complete all as directed and as specified of following sizes :-
