Dismantling and taking down of unserviceable security light fittings of any watt and any make and removing of dismantled material from work site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling existing unserviceable blinker traffic lights including old rusted pole and removing from site and supply install testing and commissioning of LED type traffic amber color blinker light, 230V AC, 50Hz, with 300mm diameter, polycarbonate enclosure IP-65 protection, with inbuilt driver, protection and reverse polarity protection, wattage not less than 4W and not more than 10W complete including 75mm outer dia 1.6mm thick MS yellow powder coated pole 3m height with base plate duly bolted in foundation as directed by Engr-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed. Make: NTE / Trafitronics or equivalent as approved by E-in-C.

Supply and fixing glow Sign board box type with base frame made from angle iron and backside from ACP sheet 3mm thick with IP protection for outdoor use, acrylic sheet blue colour fixed on 40 mm GI Pipe medium grade including earthwork, PCC grouting work, up to height 2.5 mtr from ground level including LED tube rod of 18W with minimum 2.25W per sq ft coverage, electric connection and marking computer printing letters and logo in English block capital letters on the surface of the board white letter suitable sizes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F aluminium cast cable route indicators 100mm long 3-8mm thick, with round top embossed with type of cable duly fixed on compacted earth marking route of utility complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solar delinator MS, with pole height of 1000mm and base size 75 x 80 mm, , MS powder coated pole dia 50mm, water resitant and with solar flasher, including grouting with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and directed. Make: Pioneer / Dark Eye or equivalent as approved by E-in-C.

Dismantling old rusted mini mast security pole including ring type bracket, breaking PCC foundation and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

M & L steel tubular galvanized swaged pole type 410 SP-55, 11m long with complete base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping of poles complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair ring type bracket made out of 40mm dia medium grade GI pipe with minimum dia of ring 1.00 m and provision for fixing 04 nos flood lights, with top cap mounting on pole complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3 kW automatic street light switch using infrared sensor NATURE SWITCH for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level of Natural light. Sensor alongwith suitable power contractors and incoming - outgoing MCB should be enclosed and supported terminal should be enclosed in pole/wall mounted enclosure made of rust proof , electric shock proof, terminal proof and FR grade special moulding compound conforming to IP 66 protection class 2 enclosure made of thermoplastic polycarbonate and protected against weather influences and testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Note: Single phase load of 3KW with suitable number of contractors and MCBs & circuit wiring (copper). Make: Nature Switch or Equivalent as approved by E-in-C.

S&F multistranded round flexible copper cable PVC insulated sheathed 1100 Volts grade of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair of polycarbonate cable junction box of size 300X200X105mm with complete three phase terminal with connecting clamps, nuts, screws etc. complete with fixing arrangement. Make: Syntex or Equivalent as approved by E-in-C.

S&F in repair 50 watt Jeta Neo Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, LED flood light luminaire with IP-66 degree of protection complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Havells / Bajaj / Surya / HPL / Magik.

S&F in repair 150 watt Jeta Neo Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, LED flood light luminaire with IP-66 degree of protection complete all as specified and as directed. Make- Havells / Bajaj / Surya / HPL / Magik.

S&F in repair 200 watt Jeta Neo Energy saving, environmental friendly, long life, LED flood light luminaire with IP-66 degree of protection complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Havells / Bajaj / Surya / HPL / Magik.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50m wide and not exeeding 1.50m in depth for foundations, trenches of cable or pipe lines etc. or and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. above but exceeding 1.5m depth and not exceeding 3.00 m depth.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 meters and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meters above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning with coarse sand in trenches for protection of underground electric cable, spread to uniform 23 cm thickness and punned down gently to 18 cm after. (Note:- Compacted thickness shall be measured & paid seperately)

Supply and laying well burnt sub class-B bricks old size bricks, laid flat dry, in trenches with width of the bricks laid to the axis of cable for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of unserviciable old UG Cable of any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches / duct / on pole including all necessary fizing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc. of cross sectional area of 16 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, Galvanized steel strip or wire armoured underground heavy duty electric power cable with stranded aluminum conductor 1100 volts grade, laid in trenches / duct / on pole including all necessary fizing arrangement such as lugs, glands end termination etc of cross sectional area of 25 Sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.
