Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m HSR No.4.32.

Demolishing brick work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge In cement mortar HSR No.5.7.4.

Removing mortar from bricks and cleaning bricks including stacking within a lead of 50 m (stacks of cleaned bricks shall be measured) From brick work in cement mortar HSR No.5.8.3.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead HSR No.5.45

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) HSR No.7.22.2.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) HSR No.11.9.1.

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1: 2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design In 75x75 mm deep chase HSR No.9.17.1.

Fixing glass pieces on top of walls HSR No.18.61.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor four level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing 1 : 1 ½: 3 ( 1 cement : 1 ½ coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) HSR No.6.2.1.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade New work (Two or more coats applied@ 3.84 kg/10 sqm) HSR No.11.93.1.

First class dry flat brick flooring or paving in ordinary bonded courses or inherring bone or other special courses or bond laid to template over rammed and dressed foundation and to correct longitudinal and cross slopes as shall be required by the Engineer-in-charge. All joints shall be thoroughly filled with dry sand grouting which shall be applied to a thickness of not than 20 mm over the surface of the flooring and brushed into the joints. All joints shall be fully filled with sand HSR No.21.13.
