Work

Demolising RCC works mannuly by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unservisible materials with in 50m. Leads as directed by Engineer-In-charge as per SOR(15.3)

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 Cm. in depth but exceeding 1.50 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge 2.1.1 all kind soil 0.30 m & Above SOR 2021-22 Earth work 2.6.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade ecluding th cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plingth level 1:3:6 (1 cement, 3 coarse sand and 6 stone ballast 40 mm as per SOR( 2021-22) 4.1.8

Class-150 brick work in 1:4 cement and Coarse sand of fineness modulus mortar in foundation and plinth including supply of all material, labour T&P etc required proper completion of work. but in super-structure, including necessary cutting and moulding of brick work as required and including honey comb brick work, thickness of wall of one brick thick As per SOR (6.1.1)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade ecluding th cost of centring and shuttering all work upto plingth level 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand and 4 stone grit 20 mm as per SOR( 2021-22) 4.1.3

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall of mix 1:4 cement coarse sand mortor as per SOR chapter 15 plaster and pointing 13.5.1

P/L in position specified grade of R.C.C. excluding the cost of centring and shuttering finishing and reinforcement all works upto plingth level 1:1.5:3 cement coarse sand and 20 mm stone aggregate Concrete and R.C.C. works Chapter 8 S.N0 16 SOR 5.1.2

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc and removal of form for foundations footings bases of columns etc for mass concrete R.C.C. works Chapter 8 S.N0 20 SOR 5.9.1

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting,bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more. As per SOR 5.22.6
