Restoration of rain damages on Maheshkwal to Dudhala road Km. 0/00 to 8/500

Hiring of J.C.B. (front end loader 1 cum(one cubic metrre) capacity with breaker) for widening of road, repair of berms, removal of slips and clearence of drains in all kind of soil including breaking and chiselling with breaker of soft and hard rock as per direction of Engineer in charge. The JCB or breaker should be made available by the contractor as and when required even on Sunday and other holiday. JCB should be worked minimum 8:00 hours from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily and any loss to the public/private property or any accident etc. happened during the course of hiring period shall be the absolute responsibility of the JCB owner which shall have fully componsated by the contractor in all cases. The log book will be maintained at site which should be duly verified as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidents.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
