Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement :

Providing and fixing panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required sizes with necessary screws, exlluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complite as per direcdtion of Engineer-in -chfarge. ( Second class teak wood 35 mm thick shutters.

Providing and fixing glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 4 mm thick float glass panes, including ISI marked M. S. pressed butt hinges of required sizes with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M. S. wire gauge width of apeture 1.4 mm in both direction with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws.

Providing and fixing ISI Marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete : 250x16 mm

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings/ accessories for un plasticis- -ed Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion. Bend 87.5°110 mm bend

Providing and fixing M.S. holder bat clamps of approved design to C.I. or S.C.I. rain water pipes embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x 10 cm of 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and cost of cutting holes and making good the walls etc. :100 mm diameter

Making plinth protection 50mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone - III) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) over 75mm thick bed of dry brick ballast 40 mm nominal size, well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand, including necessary excavation, levelling & dressing & finishing the top smooth.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface : Water thinnable cement primer

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

With ready mix Pink and Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (Hard and soft wood)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade.

Carriage and dumping of excavated soil / muck from construction site to dumping site, which is arrange by the contractor.
