Maintanance services to be provided for 33 /11 KV Kirby grid as per details as under:- (a) The installation is main receiving station and complaint centre minimume 02 electrician per shift shall be provided round the clock .The electrician shall have adequate knowledge of above maintioned job and GE/Engr-in-charge can reject the proposed electrician giving reasoned rejection.No claim shall be admissible on account of rejection of person. (b) Details of equipment:-Transformer step down 33/11 KV capacity 12/16 MVA ,10 MVA & 08/10 MVA capacity incl marshal boxes ,accessories & control cables complete -03 Nos , Indoor type transformer stepdown 11 KV/433 Volts capacity 100 KVA -01 Nos , Outdoor type SF-6 circuit breaker 33 KV -07 Nos, Control panel 33 KV breaker -08 Nos , 11 KV VCB as incomer including control panel -03 Nos , 11 KV Bus Coupler including control panel -02 No , 11 KV VCB as outgoing including control panel -27 Nos,33 & 11 KV Capacitor bank complete with control panel -02 No, LT panel -01 Nos,RTCC Panel for 12/16 MVA,10 MVA & 08/10 MVA transformer -03 Nos, batery charger -02 Nos, Battery bank 50 volts DC -02 Nos, & Terminal KIOSK -08 Nos, Solar system with charging control panel ( Batteries 08 Nos, Solar modules 20 Nos). (c) The followingchecking/testing,supervision shall be carried out by electrician in respect of equpments mentioned at at para (b) above:- (i) Recording of all parameters of system as per indication of all equipments installed in the log sheets directed by Engr-in-Charge round the clock on daily basis. (ii) Maintainance of fault register (iii) Maintainance of shutdown register (iv) Proper operatiion of 33 KV and 11 KV Breaker (v) Giving of Shutdown by draw out of trolley of breaker . (vi) Proper operation of 33 KV Islolator (vii) Checking of status of LED indication for breaker on , off , trip , spring charge , trip circuit healthy on daily basis. (viii) Checking of status of annunciator, hooter , indicators , meters, TNC switch , emergency trip push button , MCB for AC DC isolation, heater , thermostate on daily bas .

(ix) Checking of status of Transformer differential relay , line differential relay , main protection numerical relay, Auxillary protection relays such as trip circuit supervision , master trip , PT fuse failure , DC supervision ,CB SF 6 gas pressure low, Main Buchholz trip ,Buchholz OLTC Trip, SPR & PRV trip, Winding temp high trip ,Oil temp high trip. Main Buchholz alarm, Winding temp High alarm, Low Oil level alarm, Oil temp high alarm, and keeping all the relays in reset condition on daily basis. (x) Cheking of Oil temprature of transformer oil as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xi) Checking of winding temprature of transformer as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xii) Checking of oil level of transformer as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (xiii) Checking the batteries in serviceable and charged condition by checking battery, leads, battery lugs on daily basis. (xiv) Attending of all complaint of the grid. (xv) Cleaning of dust & foreign particles on and around the panel, loose connection earthing connection in the control room and yard. (xvi) Checking of condition of leakage of oil from transformer tank, bushing, radiators and other parts on weekly basis (xvii) Checking of cooling fans on weekly baisis. (xviii) Checking condition of silica gel on weekly basis (xix) Testing BDV of transformer oil as directed by Engr-in -Charge. (xx) Testing of earth resistance of all earthing as directed by Engr-in-charge. (xxi) Checking of DC voltage of system as directed by Engr -in-charge

Note : (i) The contracotor will ensure suitable repalcement of electrician while on leave/weekly holidays and Wages for the same deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii ) The contractor shall ensure that electricians/ operator always be present in each shift. In case of absence of any worker the penalty @ Rs 100.00 per hours per electricians/ operator shall be imposed on the contractor. (iii) The contractor shall be responsible for maintaining the complete area (i.e. inside boundary wall ) such as building , hard standing , foothpath etc in neat and clean position . All necessary T&P for cutting /cleaning of grass and vegitation will be arranged by contractor without any extra cost. (iv) The contractor shall provide uniform , raincoat, protective clothing such as hand gloves ,helmet, safety belt , first aid box ,sanitizer and shoes etc to all persons on duty and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (v) Person employed should be working experience of working on HT and LT Installation. (vi) The contractor shall provide log sheet and maintain the the same on daily basis and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in quoted rate. (vii) THe contractor shall provide food for the duty staff during the lockdown period only.

Worker's wage per person per day per shift (inclusive of GST as applicable)

Employees Provident Fund as per existing rules (Prescribed Rate of EPF as applicable on (minimum wages without GST ) + GST Rate as applicable on Prescribed Rate of EPF as applicable on (minimum wages without GST )

Employees state insurance as per existing rules. (Prescribed Rate of ESI as applicable on (minimum wages without GST) + GST Rate as applicable on Prescribed Rate of ESI as applicable on (minimum wages without GST )

Contribution of Bonus as per existing rules. (Prescribed Rate of BONUS as applicable on (minimum wages without GST) + GST Rate as applicable on Prescribed Rate of BONUS as applicable on (minimum wages without GST)

Over head & profit on total of srl No 1.03 to 1.06 as applicable.

LWC as per existing rules on total of srl no 1.03 to 1.07. The bidder should note that the minmum wages including all statutory provisions as mentioned in item no 1.03 to 1.07 are exclusive of GST for calculating of labour cess. Refer Sch 'A'Note No 33 (e) on Page No 17 of Tender Document.

NOTE For Item 1 and sub items :- (a) The quoted rate against EPF, ESIC and Bonus shall be considered for payment on actual basis. Contribution towards EPF, ESIC and Bonus is payable only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the workmen, ie proof of payment. (b)The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF,ESIC,Bonus,taxes etc as applicable and also not less than applicable rates for contribution of employer towards EPF,ESIC, BONUS and LWC under respective heading /subitems. In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages as notified by the Government of India / State Government / Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF,ESIC,Bonus,taxes etc on the last due date of bid submission. his tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance.In such case,the lowest bidder shall be determined from amongst the valid/bonafide bids only. (c) 'NIL' or 'Zero' quoting against OH & Profit will be treated as 'Non-bonafide'.

(d) Contractor is required to quote upto two digits after decimal place or otherwise it will be consdered by rounding off to two digits after decimal place in accordance with Rules for Rounding off of Numerical Values in accordance with IS:02 OF 1960(Revised 2016) of BIS. (e) Any variation in minimum wage, liability of EPF/ESIC/Bonus/LWC/GST shall be adjusted for reimbursement/recovery as under:- (i) Variation in minimum wage including other related statutory provisions shall be adjusted in terms of Condition 63 of GCC (IAFW-2249). (ii)Variation in percentage/rate of GST and LWC shall be adjusted as per instructions in Annexure XVI of MES Manual on Contracts which deals with ‘Reimbursement/Refund on Variation in Taxes Directly Related to Contract Value’

M&L for ON load Centrifuging and dehydration including filteration and cleaning of transformer oil by dehydration machine of 33 KV transformer at site and topping up deficient transformer oil including testing of samples before and after dehydration and filteration complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Deficient quantity of Transformer oil required for top up shall be measured and paid separately under item No 2 here-in -after as supply only.

Supply only transformer oil of approved quality as per IS having dielectric strength of 45-60 KV in 2.5mm gap for filling in OLTC & for topping up in transformer as required and directed

M&L in replacement Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized strip 32mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised iron side complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note :- (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement 6mm dia both ways as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 mtr deep in soft loose soil for laying / taking up/ taking down of cables and getting out and levelling of bottom suface to required level all as specified and directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Returning filling in,. Including spreading, levelling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (ie soil) from site to a distance n. exc 50 mtrs away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for river washed and screened, dry sand for filling in trenches below and around underground cables for cushioning of cables etc, complete all as specified.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type 1, flat size 300mmx 180mm x 40mm.

All as per srl item No 5 here-in-before but using old cable cove obtained under srl item No 1 here in before.

Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable of size 300 Sqmm 03 Core (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, 11 KV grade, IS 7098 marked, suitable for HT 11 KV(E) system, laid in trenches / ducts / encased in GI pipe / fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed of following sizes (in between Kirby Grid to RR Hospital, Kirby Grid to Subothra Park and other locations)

S&F cable route indicator made of RCC (Nominal Mix) type B0 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) with 8mm TMT Bar c/c of size 1m height X 60cm wide X 10cm thick tapered on top, visible above ground, duly painted with synthetic enemel paint of yellow colour base and letters with black paint. The description for writing for HT cable 33 KV as directed by Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rate for PCC 1:3:6 for foundation (min size 0.8mx0.3mx0.3m) of aggregate size 20mm for cable route indicator deemed to be included in the item.

S&F of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers,welding, bending cold or hot,drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint on 33 KV yard structure (For fixing of Bus PT with Isolater at two ends of 33 KV yard)

Supply installation, testing and commissioning of Potential Transformer (PT) oil cooled out door single phase ( Earthed type) of voltage ratio 33 KV/110 V class 3P - 0.5-3, burden 50 VA insulation level of 70/170 KV as specified below:- (a) Normal System Voltage-33 KV. (b) Highest System Voltage-36 KV. (c) Rated Primary voltage- 33 KV/√3. (d) Rated secondary voltage- 110 V/√3. (e) Nos of Lt winding 2. (f) Metering Core Accuracy class - 0.5. (g) Metering Core Rated Burden- 50 VA. (h) Nos of Phase- Single (Earthed Type) (j) Protection core accuracy class - 3P. (k) Protection core rated Burden - 50 VA. Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of air bake off load line isolator switch rotating type manually gear drive mechanism operated highest system voltage 36 KV rated current 1250 Amps triple pole with earthing device each pole consist of insulating pedestals 03 Nos on galvanized steel base as per BSS /IS incuding rotating blade of HDE copper and fixed contacts of same material , spring loaded arcing horns of adequate section to brake magnetizing current of transformer as directed with adequate 50mm dia GI operating pipe for operation from ground level and operating handle complete with both off and on positions complete all as specified and directed. (For two ends of 33 KV yard)

Supply, Stretching/Straighting securing of aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) single/double run conductor of size Panther/Sheep/Zebra on structure for isolator, CTs/LAs etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of PT clamps aluminium cast alloy (bi-metallic type) for both terminals suitable for ACSR conductor of type Zebra/Panther/Sheep with GI nuts bolts complete all as specified and directed

S&F of Isolator clamps aluminium cast alloy (bi-metallic type) for both terminals suitable for ACSR conductor of type Zebra/Panther/Sheep with GI nuts bolts complete all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement of Antistatic flooring of thickness 2.5mm thick of standard width and roll length conferming to 5TEC-7 pamplet Electrostatic decreease less than 0.5 sec and fixing with adhesive SR 998 Comp strip of grid 1m x 1 m size 01 inch x 50 microne complete all as specified and directed. (for Contorl panel room, Battery charger room and 11 KV VCB panel room)
