Supply and delivery at site of vertical submersible pumping machinery directly coupled with wet winding type suitable size submersible motor with following specification:-Capacity-22 m3/Hr. at a head of 29 mtrs., Motor submersible type 3 phase, 50 Hz, ± 3% ,415 Volt ± 6%, 2900 RPM as per Technical Specification.(Motor capacity-3.7 KW/5 HP)(Starting method:-DOL) (Test certificate and guarantee certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery)

Supply delivery and storage at site 80 mm dia. 1.5 mtr length ERW M.S. column pipe having thickness 4.85 mm, (as per IS 1239 Part-I Heavy Type ) having 11 TPI thread at both end with one heavy type socket and painted by 2 coats of anticorrosive syntietic paint as per Technical Specification.(For 8 Nos of RBTWs X 5 Nos pipe per T/W)

Supply delivery at site 3 Core X 4 Sqmm 1.1 KV Grade flat submersible copper conductor cable as per IS:694.(Make:-Gloster/Mescab/Polycab/Other approved make)(8 Nos RBTWs X 10 Mtr cable for Each RBTW)

Supply and delivery and storage at site 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al.Ar. Cable , XLPE Insulated 1.1 KV Grade conforming to IS:7098(I) and as per Technical Specification.(Test certificate and guarantee certificate is to be submitted at the time of delivery)

Supplying the fixing rubber insertion for dust and vermin proof entry of 3 Core X 16 mm2 XLPE Al. Ar. Cable at MCC panel.

Supply delivery of GI Wire for cable binding.(8 Nos RBTW X 3 Kg/RBTW)

Laying of 3 Core X 10 Sqmm Al. Ar. Cable along the length of collecting line including fixing with supplied G.I. wire at a suitable interval so as to prevent sagging of cable complete as per direction of EIC.(8 Nos Cable X 270 mtr long Collecting line)

Laying of 3 Core X 16 sqmm through existing covered masonry trench incl. taking out RC covers, setting them in order, mending good the damages filling the trench with fine dry sand incl. supplying sand.(8 Nos Cable X 50 mtr long masonry trench)

Making straight through joint of 3 Core X 10 mm2 Al Ar Cable with 3 Core X 4 Sqmm submersible cable by supplying Ferrule,rubber and other necessary materials to make the joint leak proof.

Making straight through joint between 1.5 mm2 or 2.5 mm2(motor cable) and supplied 3 Core X 4 mm² submersible copper cable for extension of motor cable up to required lengh by supplying necessary seal kit to make joints leak proof all complete as per direction.
