Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying of 10 mm thick Vitrified tile in flooring or skirting of approved brand (bell, Johnson or equi.make)and size of 600x600 mm, approved shade, colour and pattern as approved by Engineer incharge laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement and to make the joints etc. including cost of all material, labour and T&P required.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly birla putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra).

Same as above in item no. 05 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Providing ,making & fixing full height wooden partitions as per drawing from seasoned wood of MIRINDI frame of 2"X1.5" size placed horizontally and vertically both way @ 2 ' c/c. the frame work fitted in floor with the help of nails ,screw then frame work to be covered with 12 mm thick plywood from both side with the help of fevicol,nails and screw. then making grooves with 6mm MDF Ply with the help of fevicol,nails and screw. The final surface to be finished with 1mm thick laminate on both sides and grooves to r polished as per design.. as per requirement and direction of Engineer I/C including cost of all material, labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing of 32 mm thick single leaf flush door shutter ( boiled water resistance, phenol maldehide resin bonded, hot pressed factory made) commercial quality to I.S.2202 part-1 (1983) ISI marked including fixing of wooden cleats and stoppers and including fixing and adjustment of hinges,bolts.locks,handles, springs and other fittings but excluding their supply including all materials, labour & T&P etc. required for proper completion of work.

Supply and fixing brass polished godrej mortise lock of approved make & quality its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Repairing of wooden cabinet door fitted at diffrent cabin .door made with 19 mm swastik board then proper fiinsh with the help of 1mm thick laminate after then one no lock and one no handle fitted in cupboard ,The work include cost of all labour,material T&P required for proper completion of work.
