M&L for Complete removal of existing treatment, washing, rubbing down and stopping of distemperd and painted old surface by Electric Rotary grinder including brooming down with steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorscent salts and trading oil and greasy spots of Wall Surface removing of nails including gentle rubbing using sand paper to obtain smooth surfaces, making good holes, cracks etc, cleaning of floors, glasses, joinery of drops and splashes incl all arrangement necessary for receiving exeterior emulsion paint as provided under item no. 02, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for thoroughly wetted surface to ensure better sticking, repair paches of existing surface of wall using putty (priming seal -o- prime) for smooth surface and applying two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint (weather coat smooth) using mechanical means on external Wall Surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for thourughly wetted surface to ensure better sticking including sand paper gentle rubbing to obtain smooth surfaces, including all necessary arrangement for execution of work and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint using brush over one coat of water based white pigmented akali resistant priming paint for external wall, complete all as specified and as directed.
