Demolition of mud phuska in roofs any thickness including plastering and leeping and removing rubbish off from the site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate of removal of rubbish is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Roughening old surfaces of concrete floors by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to clean the surface and applying cement slurry @ 3.00 Kg per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof padding averaging thickness of 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:3 using water proofing compound on RCC roof slab including cleaning of existing surface complete all specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for 3mm thick superior Atactic Polypropylene modified polymeric membrane waterproofing treatment of weight not less than 3.6 Kg per sqm with properties of high penetration and the centre core consisting of 90 micron High Molecular-High Density Polyethylene (HMHDPE) film consisting of five layers. The superior multi polyplus is to be laid after preparing the surfaces by cleaning thoroughly to achieve a smooth surface over and including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 litre per sqm and finally it will be finished with two coats of aluminium paint @0.20 litre/ Sqm for each coat. The overlaps between super multi polyplus are minimum 10cm seam in width/lengthwise complete all as specified and all as per manufacturer’s directions.

Demolition of cement concrete above ground floor any thickness and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plaster 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 in sunken portion of slab using water proofing compound and providing 3mm thick superior Atactic Polyprophylene modified ploymeric membrane waterproofing treatment of weight not less that 3.6 Kg per sqm with properties of high penetration and the centre core consiting of 90 micron high molecular -High Density polyethylen (HMHDPE) film consiting of 5 layers. The superior multi polyplus is to be laid after preparing the surface by cleaning throughly to achieve a smooth surface over and including a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.30 ltrs per sqm. The overlaps between super multi polyplus are minimum 10cm seam in width/lengthwise complete all as specified and all as per manufacturer’s directions. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for lime concrete in lime mortar 1:3 using 40mm graded broken brick aggregate for sunken portion etc., complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 25mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to receive the top layer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 12mm thick cement plastering in cement mortar 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces other than fair surfaces, finished the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on plastered surfaces including taking down existing plaster complete all as specified.

MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at site all as specified in clause 8.34.2.1 of SSR Part-I as directed.

Supply and fixing factory made flush shutters 32mm thick, both side laminated, soild core consturction, with block board core and decorative face panels as decided by GE, on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing glazed or skeleton shutter 35mm thick, 2nd class hard wood factory made open rebated prepared to receive gauge etc without sash bars, edges of framing plain fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing gauge etc, size of member all as per clause 8.24 Para (a) of Section 8, SSR-2009 (Part-I), complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Wire gauge shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing in repair prelaminated particle board gauge, 25mm thick, interior grade, prelaminated both side with decorative choice lamination & other side balacning white lamination, fixed with screws to timber frame work incluidng 6mm thick 2nd class hard wood lipping all around complete all as specified and directed.

Note for item No 40 & 41:- (i) Sheet glass,Wire gauge and painting shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Drg No. CEJZ/TD-1019 & 1020 Sh 1/3 to 3/3 are not being uploaded and the same can be seen in GE office during any working day.

Hacking out old broken (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden/ steel frame, glazed with putty and fixed with beads complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing sheet glass 4mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or wooden beads not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing figured glass, pin head type, 4 mm thick (frosted glass) glazed with oil putty not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for green marble work 14mm to 16mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars window cills , cooking platforms , stair case and the like with bull nosing in cement mortar ( 1:4) incl pointing in white cement ( 1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade including making grooves for slip guard on steps, edge moulding, making 30mm dia hole in cooking counter slab & green marble top for gas pipe complete all as specified, directed and approved by Engineer-in-charge

Supply and fixing Sinks with drainge board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers, waste coupling and waste pipe , including cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915 mm x 460 mm, bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2, (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete coloured (mixed with white cement and marble powder) interlocking paver block and shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment laid over sand cushioning consolidated with plate vibrater complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The sample shall be got approved from the GE before bulk procurement and lots shall be got tested independently by the GE. (ii) Sand cushioning will be measured & paid for separately.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floor) and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed.

Material and labour cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) (20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection thickness of 50mm without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Material and labour for non skid coloured ceramic tiles (premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick joint free square/ rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 after roughening surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping and washing down with water to remove dust complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of premium quality, size 350x250x7mm/ 450mmx350mmx7mm/ 300x200x7mm thick joint free as on vertical surfaces such as dado/skirting etc laid over and including 10mm thick screed in cement mortar 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointing in white cement with pigment to match, including taking down existing tiles & cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish to a distance all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour Non skid coloured ceramic tiles (premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick joint free square/ rectangular, area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm as in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match, laid over and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 including taking down existing tiles & cement mortar bedding and removing the rubbish to a distance all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured pigment to match over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 including taking down cement plaster/ skirting complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairing of RCC projections, chajjas , roofs, facia etc. by necessary preparation i.e. scrapping, cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforcement, sufaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete 1:1.5.3 type A-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and reinforced with welded mesh of weight exceeding 2kg per sqmtr but not exceeding 3kg/sqm with or without facia and finished with cement sand mortar (1:3) using coarse sand in patches are not exceeding 5 sqm each and thickness of RCC members exceeding 50mm including applying two coats of finishes to match with the existing surfaces at any height complete all as directed. Note:- Cost of formwork and welded mesh, bldgs height upto 12 metre shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by the contractor.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) and in any position not other wise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 6mm to 8mm dia and cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking, bending and binding as in stirrups, spacers and binders etc. with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

E/M WORKS

Taking down/ out existing aluminium/ copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) including fitting and fixtures such as switches, socket, call bell, lamp holder, regulator, sketch fittings etc and, making good disturbed surface of wall, ceiling floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully by unscrewing from board/ outlet boxes, fitting and fixture such as switch, socket, ceiling rose, lamp holder, tube light fitting etc for reuse at or carrying to the store (to be measured only when found serviceable in all respect complete) for reuse complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.50 m below ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers, all around, top and bottom and electrode connection by using galvanized iron earth wire lead 4 mm dia (8 SWG) connected to GI earth plate electrode plate by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers made of galvanized iron and thimbles. galvanized iron pipe 20mm bore medium grade for watering with funnel and wire mesh including galvanized iron pipe 15 mm bore light grade for protection.
