Attending complaints logded by the occupants daily on working hours of external water supply 9 am to 5 pm at Namkum and Khojatoli area (Team of one plumber and one helper on daily basis) and rectification of the fault will be done as per the complaint lodged by the user like no water supply to be checked, leakage of union, socket, bend, lead Joint etc in all type of water supply pipe lines, as reqd at site and rectification done by contractor plumber by fixing of new fittings and fixtures, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Contractor/ his rep has to collect the complaints from complaint cell on daily basis. (b) The complaint is to be attended and rectified on the same day i.e with in 24 hours. (c) Non attendence of complaints within the stipulated time frame i.e 24 hours shall invite penalty of 1000 per complaint and the penal amount shall be recovered from the RAR/ Final bill. (d) Material/ fittings required shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under the respective items.

Second stage is cleaning all the algae formation and removing the accumulated silt from bottom bed and side walls by brushing with nylon brush or scrubbing the walls of the tanks or removing other sticky or foreign materials from adhering surfaces and washing inside surfaces with TERBAC G10/ Inoxi-60/NB-69 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company. (c). Third stage is fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump with a pressure of 5 psi (d). Fourth stage and first bacteria screening and degermification by using TERBAC-G5/ Inohor-5/NB-10 a Laboratory certified branded halogen compound. (e). Fifth stage is cleaning the floor of water tank by heavy duty industrial vacuum cleaner. (f) . Sixth stage is the second bacteria screening and sterilizing method by using ultra violet ray Ejector covering 360 degree within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. (g) Seventh stage of cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterilize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified, branded strong oxidizing agent TERBAC-G65 . (iii) ALL THE CLEANING & STERILIZATION STAFFS SHOULD BE UNDER ACCIDENTAL INSURANCE COVERAGE.) (iv) OUTLET PIPE OF OHT SHOULD BE PLUGGED BEFORE CLEANING THE OHT TO AVOID ENTERING SCALES AND THE SAME SHALL BE RECONNECTED AFTER CLEANING THE OHT AND THE QUOTED RATE IS DEEMED TO INCLUDE FOR THE PROVISION . (v) CONTRACTOR WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RECTIFICATION OF COMPLAINTS OCCURRED DURING CLEANING THE TANK IE. Dewatering & Cleaning of Main water Receiving tank / Sump of capacity 25000 gallons by bailing out stagnant water and removing all fungus muds and sludge, de-scaling vegetation on the inside of fire tank/open well and white washing (Two Coat) and one coat of cement base paint etc including Cleaning the surroundings area of the open well to a distance of 3 mtrs circumstance including cutting of grass digging out roots, filling holes and levelling around and removing waste materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs complete all as directed.

Dismantling old unserviceable water level indicator and M&L for mechanical water level indicator making functinal by replacing the sheet board, steel wire rope, float assembly , pullys including GI wire fixed at both side of board with approved colour of synthetic enamelled paint and writing letters/numbers all as directed.

Repair & Fixing of 48 W LED aviation obstruction light on OH tank with all necessary connected items complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized cast iron earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6.0 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron lead using 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of nuts and bolts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate no 3 and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion.

M & L for Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated places and down conductors of 25 x 3 mm aluminium strip above ground along outer surface of OHT all as directed.

Supply only Hi strength granular chlorination chemical based with CIAS (Corrosion inhibitor & Anti scalant) to be ratified by E-inC's Branch , Dry, Free flowing consistent white granules (or powder) and without hard lumps or impurities should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as given in IS:10500:2012 in treated and disinfectant water, high strength granular chlorine having 65 % - 70 % chlorine content by mass packed in 45 Kgs non returnable PVC sealed container, 5-10% moisture content , upto 4% calcium hydroxide upto 15% sodium chloride suitable for treatment of drinking water and swimming pool ( Much more stable than chlorine gas, bleaching power and sodium hypochlorite) all as specified and directed.

Cutting unaxious green growth and grass by manual labour or by machine at all E&M water supply Installation premishes and along the boundary fencing and removing rubbish from the site of work where decided not exceeding 100m from the starting point, the green growth shall be clean once in every three month and the measurement shall be taken every time independently for the excuted qty each time

M&L for spray painting to exposed surfaces of cast iron pipe line of any size with two coats of synthetic enamel dust and weather proof paint of approved make (as per existing colour i.e. for inlet pipe- Blue colour, for outlet - Green colour, for overflow - Yellow colour, for drain out pipe - Black colour) over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of old surfaces of pipes, by scrapping or complete removal of rusting to the pipes , filling cavities with filler, complete all as specified and as directed.
