Supply, laying, jointing and testing ductile iron (DI) pipe of 100mm dia including rubber gasket spigot & socket ends, centrifugally cast type K-9 ISI marked in any length laid in trenches as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for DI specials such as tees, bends of any size and radius, tapers, collars, tail pieces, caps and plugs etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of CI foot valve of size 100mm dia, flanged ends with swing type operation with rubber seat conforming to IS :4038 and all accessories including suitable nuts, bolts, washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Strainer Y type conforming to IS, size 100 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 120cmx120cmx120cm (Type 'B') (internal dimensions) of chamber, depth of chamber to be reckoned from the top of PCC in foundation to top of MS cover and including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3.15mm thick MS sheet and frame of angle iron 50x50x6mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide on MS cover and frame including necessary excavation earth work in any type of soil, returning, filling in, disposal of surplus soil, PCC (1:2:4) work, complete all as specified and directed. (Ref drawing : CE AF/STD-28/94 sheet no 1/2 & 2/2 dated 01.02.94

Boring of hole under road/pavement/hard standing or any other situation by mannual means and suitable for passing of pipe upto 100 mm bore and making good both ends complete all specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning factory made LT Panel feeder pillar box, outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3.5 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system complete all as specified and directed having bus bar installed on DMC/Epoxy insulators. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP-65 class protection and made of 3.15 mm CRCA MS sheet with front and rear opening type with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of lock with 2 keys), powder coated finish (over a coat of red oxide), primer on outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside surface. The panel is including platform with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40mm crushed stone aggregate, 20cm thick in foundation and of height upto 0.5 mtr all as directed at site . All interconnections between the main bus bar as well as outgoing feeders shall be carried out with TPN copper bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual MCCB and should be insulated with shrinkable PVC sleeves. The MCCB should be adjustable type. (Loc- DSS, Block 257, 2209 Tech flt)The scope of work includes provision of following. Note: All MCCBs should have adjustable thermal and magnetic settings (i) MCCB 4 pole 36 kA 100 Amp with thermal settiing 80-100% - 01 No (For incoming). (ii) MCCB 4 pole 25 kA 32 Amp- 04 Nos . (iii) MCCB 4 pole 25 kA 63 Amp- 01 Nos. (iv) Panel should have space to accommodate two no 10 HP DOL starters. (v) Internal wiring with PVC insulated, multi stranded copper conductor cable, 1100 V grade, IS 694 marked of appropriate size but not less than 2.5 sqmm. (vi ) Digital Voltmeter & Ammeter with necessary CT's.Make : AE/Conserve/Rishabh (vii) Spare chambers for future extension of MCCBs as per requirement - 01 spare compt. (viii) Phase indiacting lamps (R-Y-B) - 01 set.

Supply and Fixing Monoblock pump set suitable for 415 V, 3 phase of capacity 10 HP.

Material and Labour for cutting openning through brick wall 230mm thick built in cement motar suitable for exhaust fan 300mm seep including making good dismantled portion in cmeent mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 as required, complete all specified and directed.
