Charges for S.S Welding of one full circle joint in SS Pipe 150 NB, including cost of SS welding electrodes, consumables and T & P hire charges and excluding electricity charges.

Charges for welding of M.S Pipe 300 NB joint for the following sizes including cost of MS welding electrodes, consumables and T & P hire charges and excluding electricity charges.

Charges for welding of M.S Pipe 200 NB joint for the following sizes including cost of MS welding electrodes, consumables and T & P hire charges and excluding electricity charges.

Charges for Overhauling of any one of the following pumps (Breakdown / Overhauling) namely, permeate water pumps (capacity - 50 M³/h), Degasser Transfer pumps (capacity - 50 M³/h), AC Make up pumps (capacity - 30 M³/h), Potable water pumps (capacity - 20 M³/h), Stator water pumps (capacity - 5 M³/h), DM Transfer pumps (capacity - 40 M³/h), RO Reject water pump (capacity - 50 M³/h), Mixed Bed Regeneration pumps (capacity - 350 Lit/h), Acid dosing pumps, Acid and Lye unloading pumps (capacity - 20 M³/h), SHMP Dosing pumps (capacity - 50 Lit/h) and Sodium Bi Sulphate Dosing pumps (capacity - 50 Lit/h) by decoupling the pump; removal of pump assembly disconnecting the suction and discharge lines; removal of pump casing from bed; dismantling the shaft with sleeve, bearing with catridge, impeller, renewal of bearings, oil seals, assembling the pump parts and pump casing and fixing with bed, aligning, coupling the pump, connecting the suction and discharge lines and commissioning inclusive of T&Ps and hire charges.

Charges for Overhauling in any one of the following pumps namely Neutralizing pit pump (capacity - 140 M³/h), and Flushing water pump (capacity - 9.72 Lit/h) by decoupling the pump; removal of pump assembly, disconnecting the suction and discharge lines; removal of pump casing from bed; dismantling the shaft with sleeve, bearing with catridge, impeller, renewal of bearings, oil seals, assembling the pump parts and pump casing and fixing with bed, aligning, coupling the pump, connecting the suction and discharge lines and commissioning inclusive of T&Ps and Consumables.
