All the consumables for mounting the copper tape inside the relay room, Exothermic weld materials and tools & fixtures for the welding Copper tapes and Electrodes etc shall be arranged by the contractor.

"Cutting of all types of Roads/ platforms (except concrete type) for trenching and 23 excavation to depth of 300mmx300mm wide approx. and refilling after laying of RCC/GI /DWC pipe & to restore them to original condition. The work shall be done as per extant practice on C.Rly & instructions of Rly engineer at site. (Inspection by Consignee) "

Cutting of the platform with tile / rock cutting machine or manually to 30 cm depth and 12cm width approximately (including cutting of tiles neatly provided) by removing slabs / tiles if 24 any and filling the trench with river sand and replacing the top surface with smooth finished shaped slabs after putting a layer of cement mortar to the surrounding level as per instructions of Site In charge at site. All the materials except pipes / cables are to be arranged by the contractor at sit, the debris is to be cleared from platform to outside station. (Inspection by Consignee)

Excavation of cable trench as per cable route plan,1.0 mt. deep and 300mm wide along side the track in normal soil/strata, conforming to distances as per cable route plan and refilling after cable laying. This work includes covering of cable laid in trench by loose soil for a layer 25 of 50mm thickness after clearing of route,bushes etc.It shall be ensured that top of the cables laid is at a depth of 0.8 m or more If it is less,then the width and depth shall be suitably increased and accordingly proportionate payment shall be made .In case depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions,Proportionate payment will be made as per procedure.The work shall be done as per the extant practice on Central Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site.Drg No.SK 805

This work includes covering of cable laid in trench by loose soil for a layer of 50mm 26 thickness after clearing of route,bushes etc.It shall be ensured that top of the cables laid is at a depth of 0.8 m or more If it is less,then the width and depth shall be suitably increased and accordingly proportionate payment shall be made .In case depth of trench is not achievable due to site conditions,Proportionate payment will be made as per procedure.The work shall be done as per the extant practice on Central Railway and instructions of Railway Engineer at site.Drg No.SK 805

Supply of Permanently Lubricated HDPE Telecom duct of size 50/42 mm and 27 accessories as per latest Specification TEC GR No. GR/TX/CDS-008/03/March 11 with latest amendment" for OFC cable of size 24 fibre armoured in length of 1000 mtrs/roll. Horizontal boring of cable duct of minimum 2.0 Mtr depth along with laying of 120mm HDPE pipe for track crossing with minimum depth reckoned from bottom of the rail/Road crossing with minimum depth reckoned from ground level. The work shall be done as per extant practice & 28 instructions of site engineer. Preparation of site for Horizontal Boring shall be carried out in presence of Railway Representative. HDPE will be supplied by Railway. Note:- Contractor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable.

The work shall be done as per extant practice & instructions of site engineer. Preparation of site for Horizontal 29 Boring shall be carried out in presence of Railway Representative. HDPE will be supplied by Railway. Note:- Contractor shall provide all material required for boring and adequate nos. of labours for proper laying of cables into the bore. Cable shall be laid cautiously so that it should not get damage due to rough handling & pressure on cable. BORING beyond of 150mtrs. Preparation of site for Horizontal Boring shall be carried out in presence of Railway Representative."

Laying of HDPE duct in trench and its protective work as per direction of site engineer. (Inspection by Consignee)

Supply of RCC pipes half round of size 150mm dia outer and 100 mm dia internal 1 mtr long matching to IS No.458/2003 amendment-1 with Rev.4.

Laying of DWC/RCC pipes alongwith collars/RCC Half round pipes in trenches at places of track and road crossings, platform cuttings etc. (Inspection by Consignee)

Supply of GI pipe, inner dia. 100mm dia. B-class as per spec. No.IS 1239 PT. 1/2004 or latest with sockets and fittings. Inspection by consignee.

Fixing of GI pipes for crossing the culverts, bridges etc. and concreting of ends with brick masonry at both ends. The work should be executed as per instructions of railway engineer and as per guidelines in chapter IV of tender document. Inspection by consignee

Blowing/Drawing of OFC cable in HDPE/DWC duct and protective work, as per direction of site engineer.
