REPAIRS SUPPLY FIXING TO ALL TYPE OF BED AND CHARPOY TO STEEL FURNITURE OF OFFRs JCOs ORs MD ACCN AND BSO YARD UNDER GE NORTH BANGALORE

Charpoy IP with ply top JCO's /OR's FD/MAP-II/01 & CWE/FD-05/ CWE/FD-77 Removing of unserviceable ply wood from all type charpoy IP and fixing the new 12mm thick 7 ply, commercial type, BWR exterior grade (water proof), of size 1980 mm x 900 mm fixed on top with mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts with GI washer (Heavy weight) and including tightening with electric welding of loose long rail /short rail, legs, centre stiffner, Head rest and cleat of MS pipe by continuous welding around the broken joints and also replacement of old unserviceable above parts with new parts where required and also including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Black) after preparation of old painted surfaces with provding 04 Nos new hard rubber shoes to each charpoy at the bottom of legs after removing of old shoes complete and as specified and as shown on drg. Note :- (i) Cost of minor repair like welding to frame if required etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of all type nut bolts and washers, PVC shoes and painting of the all type charpoy IP to be included in the quoted rate.

Bed Hard officer Steel (FD/E6/MAP 08 (R) Removing of unserviceable ply wood from Bed hard officer steel and fixing the new 12mm thick, 7 ply, commercial type, BWR, exterior grade (water proof), of size 1980 mm x 900 mm fixed on top with mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts with GI washer (Heavy weight) and including tightening with electric welding of loose long rail short rail, legs centre stiffender, Head rest, Foot rest and cleat of MS pipe by continuous welding around the broken joints and also replacement of old unserviceable above parts with new parts where required and also including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Black) after preparation of old painted surfaces with provding 04 Nos new hard rubber shoes to each Bed hard with steel frame at the bottom of legs after removing of old shoes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

As per item No. 2 above but for Removing of UNSV head rest and supply & Fixing of new head rest made of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick both side teak face of exterior grade with 04mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided all-round including screws and welding of cleat all as specified in drawing.

As per item No.2 above but for Removing of UNSV new Foot rest and supply & Fixing of new foot rest made of pre-laminated particle board 18mm thick both side teak face of exterior grade with 04mm thick teak wood beading shall be provided all-round including screws and welding of cleat all as specified in drawing. Note :- (i) Cost of minor repair like welding to frame if required etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of all type nut bolts and washers, PVC shoes and painting of the Bed hard steel to be included in the quoted rate.

Charpoy Double Bunk (TP) Double Bed bunk of size 1980 x 900 x 1750 mm. Removing of unserviceable plywood from double bed bunk on both upper and lower top, Supply and fixing the 12 mm thick plywood sheet on upper and lower top suitable for double bed bunk as shown on drg. of size 1980 x 900 mm (BWR) as per IS-303 with mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts of size 70mm x 6mm with GI washer (heavy weight) and including electric welding of loose upper and lower frame, centre stiffener and cleat tube size of 50 x 100 mm x 6 mm of MS pipe by continuous welding around the broken joints and also replacement of old unserviceable above parts with new parts where required and also including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Black) after preparation of old painted surface complete all as specified and directed by GE/Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- (i) Cost of minor repair like welding to frame if required etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (ii) Cost of all type nut bolts and washers and painting of the double bed bunk to be included in the quoted rate.

Charpoy Folding IP (FD-388 (R) Removing of old unserviceable plywood from charpoy folding and supply & fixing new 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade in two pieces fixed with four nuts, bolts, washers of suitable size for each piece of plywood and provide support in between long rail including painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint (Black) after preparation of old painted surface of charpoy complete all as specified.

As per item No. 6 above but for S & F in replacement of unserviceable PVC shoe with new PVC shoe of best quality complete all as specified.

As per item No. 6 above but for Removing of old unserviceable parts of charpoy folding and supply and fixing the new with MS pipe of 25 mm bore with wall thickness 1.6mm by welding and including minor repair/welding complete all as directed and specified in drawings.

Charpoy GI with plytop FD-220 Removing of unserviceable plywood/Nylon newar from Charpoy GI Pipe, tightening of loose check nuts, elbows, long rails. Short rails, legs (i.e., complete charpoy) and supply and fixing the 12 mm thick 7 ply, commercial type BWR, exterior grade (water proof), ISI-303 marked of size 1980 x 900 mm fixed on top of GI Charpoy as shown on drawing with mild steel galvanized iron nuts & bolts of size 70mmx6mm with GI washer (heavy weight) and S & F three stiffner made out of MS flat iron 35 x 5 mm parallel to short rail duly painted black will be welded between the long rail where required including making 10 Holes each charpoy and as per specified in drawing.

As per item No. 9 above but for Cutting the dismantled GI pipe 32mm dia long rail and modifying into one short rail and one leg. The short rail threading both ends as per drawing and legs including threading as per drawings, providing new MS sheet 3mm thick 50mm dia made to shape and continuously welded to the bottom and MS Sheet piece applied with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer all as directed and specified in drawings.
