Demolishing PCC/R.C.C./brick work etc manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars if RCC work/and stacking of servicable bricks if brick work and disposal of unserviceable material at dumping site to be arranged by contractor at his own level with all kind of taxes etc and as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto all leads and lifts as directed by Engineer-incharge and disposing of all excavated earth at dumping site ( To be arranged by the Contractor) as per satisfacation of Engineer -in- Charge through all modes of transportation including head load , animal load or mechnical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechnical means and labour( If required). All useful material such as stone , shingles aggregate and slates Shall be properly Stacked at site to the maximum possible extent in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per direction of the Engineer -in -charge . Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respects including all incidental charges.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : PCC 1:4:8 with aggrigate 40/20 mm nominal size including curing work and excluding cost of form work complete as per specification of Hppwd and as directed by Engineer Incharge with all taxes etc. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm (Thirty into Thirty into Five millimeters) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering strutting and propping etc, with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights. below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in – situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in retaining walls, return walls, walls ( any thickness) including attached pilasteres,buttresses, plinth and string cources fillets, kerbs and steps etc.within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)complete as per HPPWd specifications and within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, GST, Toll Tax Sales tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry/ plain reinforced concrete abutment wing wall return wall with 100 mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full with of the structures with slope of 1 (v) 20 (H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing nad technical specification clauses 614,609, 1204.3.7. including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all iincidential charges.The rate including of octory, royalty, malkana,toll tax, sal tax or other taxes imposed by goverment.
