(b) Taking out U/S cane from chair dining and then cleaning the holes for re canning and supply & re-canning with new half round cane 2/4 mm wide superior quality ISI Marked color with reparing of cane holding reapar, as approved by Engr-in-charge. Viewing shall be as per godrej pattern complete All as specifieid in drg and directed by Engr-in-charge

(c) M&L for Chair dinning scratching existing polish filling the cracks with wax making the entire surface smooth and M&L for polishing with spirit poliosh complete as directed by the Engr-in-charge..

(d) Removing unsv bush/shoes/knobs/toes from Chair dining and supply and fixing of new PVC colour White bush/shoe/toes/knobs. (Each Chair content 04 Nos of bush) All as specified in drg and directed by the Engr-in-charge.

(b) Taking out U/S PVC seat 4mm thick of PPCP material from chair Dining MAP and weight not less than 0.50 kgs with perforated holes shall be fixed inside the frame of seat with proper screws.one additional stiffener of size 30x25mm shall also be fixed below the seat for extra suuport of PVC seat. superior quality ISI Marked color , as approved by Engr-in-charge. Viewing shall be as per godrej pattern complete All as specifieid in drg and directed by Engr-in-charge

(b) Taing out old unserviceable cusion cover from chair easy cushioned and supply &fixing new cushion cover made out of tapestry cloth duly stitched with fine standard thread rest complete all as specified /shown on drawing and as directed

( c) Taking out unserviceable cushion foam from chair Easy cushioned and supply new cushion foam sheet 100mm thick (Make -sleepwell/curlon )32 density complete all as specified/shown on drawing and as directed by engr-in-charge

(d) Taking out old unserviceable battens of seat and back from chair easy cushioned and providing new battens made out of 1st class teak wood complete all as specified and directed

(e) M&L for chair easy cushioned scratching existing polish filling the cracks with wax making the entire surface smooth and M&L for polishing with spirit poliosh complete as directed by the Engr-in-charge..

(b) Taking out unserviceable head side board from Bed Hard with plywood top and S&F of new Head side board made out of 4mm thick one side teak face plywood of Make : Kit Ply/Green Ply duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beedings all around complete all as specified and shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge

(c) Taking out unserviceable foot side board from Bed Hard with plywood top and S&F of new foot side board made out of 4mm thick one side teak face plywood of Make : Kit Ply/Green Ply duly covered with 4 mm thick teak wood beedings all around complete all as specified and shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge.

(d) Taking out unserviceable Stiffners from Bed Hard with ply top and S&F of new stiffners made out of seasoned hard wood of size complete all as specifided and shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge. ( 01 Bed having 04 Stiffners.)

(e) Taking out unserviceable Supporting clamps from Bed Hard with ply Top and S&F of new MS clamps made out of 6mmx15mm thick MS flat iron complete all as specified and shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge.(01 Bed having 04 clamps)

(f) Taking out unserviceable plywood 12mm and S&F New plywood 12mm for Bed Hard with ply Top size mentioned on drg (Make kitply, greenply,century), all as specified and shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge.

(g ) M&L for Bed hard tap scratching existing polish filling the cracks with wax making the entire surface smooth and M&L for polishing with spirit poliosh compelte as directed by the Engr-in-charge..

Table dressing ladies Drg No-FD-251/378:- (a) Taking Out unserviceable looking mirror from Table dressing ladies and S&F new looking mirror (looking mirror of size 5.5mm thick 366x1220mm) Make : Saint gobin/Modiguard /goldenfinish free from distortion and other defect duly framed with backing plywood teak wood beading & vertical support etc. all as shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge

(b) M&L for table dressing ladies scratching existing polish filling the cracks with wax making the entire surface smooth and M&L for polishing with spirit poliosh complete as directed by the Engr-in-charge..

(c) Taking out U/S drawer from table dressing ladies (FD-378,31M) and S&F new drawers made of 12mm thick teak wood except bottom of drawer which shall be of 6mm thick ply wood commercial exterior grade make National /kit ply/century & front of drawer shall be made of 12 mm thick pre-laminated particle board one side teak face exterior grade including knob etc. all as shown in drg and directed by Enigneer in charge

(d) Removing unsv bush from table dressing ladies and supply and fixing of new knobs. All as specified in drg and directed by the Engr-in-charge. (Each Chair content (04 Nos bush)

Table dressing gents with mirror Drg No-FD-230/379:- (a) Taking Out unserviceable looking mirror from Table dressing gents with mirror and S&F new looking mirror (looking mirror of size 5.5mm thick 366x1220mm) Make : Saint gobin/Modiguard /goldenfinish free from distortion and other defect duly framed with backing plywood teak wood beading & vertical support etc. all as shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge

Bin linen Multi purpose (a) Taking out unserviceable Back & side from bin linen multipurpose shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 1000mm long and 685mm high. made of 18mm thick pre laminated particale board one side teak face exterior grade duly provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top complete all as specified and shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge.

(b) Taking out unserviceable Bottom rest shall be made of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board(one side) and shall be 900mm long and 280mm wide and 75mm hih joined together in long and short side made of 18mm thick pre laminated particale board one side teak face exterior grade duly provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top complete all as specified and shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge.

(c )Taking out unserviceable Top from bin linen multipurpose and bottom shall be of 19mm thick pre-laminated particle board 1000mm long and 380mm widejoined together in long and short side made of 18mm thick pre laminated particale board one side teak face exterior grade duly provided with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top complete all as specified and shown in drg and directed by engineer in charge.

(c ) Supply and fixing of table writingin replacement of leg made out of 1st class hard wood teak wood of existing size and shape all as specified , shown on drawing and as specififed and directed by Engr - in - charge.

(d ) Supply and fixing of table writing in replacement of top side rail made out of 1st class hard wood teak wood of existing size and shape all as specified , shown on drawing and as specififed and directed by Engr - in - charge.

(e) Removing the unserviceable lock from table writing and supply and fixing new 6 lever MS lock Make Harrison/Link with duplicate keys Rest all as per drg and directed by engineer in charge.

(f ) Taking out U/s telescopic slider from table writing and S&F new Telescopic slider for drawers (Each drawer contain 02 Nos ) model-sleek/Godrej all as approved and directed by Engr-in-charge

(g) Taking out U/s handle from table writing and S & F 100 mm extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type anodised as specified and directed

(h) Removing unsv bush/shoes/knobs/toes from table writing and supply and fixing of new PVC colour White bush/shoe/toes/knobs. (Each table writing contain 04 Nos of bush) All as specified in drg and directed by the Engr-in-charge.
