CIVIL WORKS

Erection of German Technology Alluminium Structure as per Manufacturer Specilication with PVC Tensile Fabric fitted to frames with necessary cross bracing, wind tic & struts as necessary.(30 Mtrs) (All materials are contractor's property.)

Kutchi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the pandal and side decoration of the pandal eIe. complete as direeted. (All materials are contractors property)

Construction of view cutter made of tricolour cloth fixed with bamboo frame and wooden post cte, and removal of the same after the function including all carriage, (The bamboo & wooden post cloth will be contractor's property after the function)

Construction of Stage of` 2.00 m high with 50mm dia steel pipe, fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. the post are at a distance of 1.20m apart and the platform wvith steel frame staircase as directed and specified by department. (All materials are contractor's property)

Temporary wooden flooring 150 mm height over the ground with 19 mm thick ply wood including litting and fixing.

Erection of Steel tubular pipe.(60.3 mm OD) barricading of 1.5m high with steel pipe post @1,80m c/c driven at least 0.80m with 4 nos of horizontal steel pipe railing tied with nut and bolt with vertical member complete including all cost of carriage and labour for construction as well as removing the. same after the function is over as directed and specified by the department (The dismantled steel pipes received from dismantling of barricade will be the contractor's property alter adjusting salvage value)

Printing, framing and fixing of flex including local carriage etc completed as- directed including cost of dismantleing after the function is over. (All the dismanteled materials will be contractor's property as salvage value is considered)

Construction of VVIP Toilet Block of SiZe 3.65 x 2.50 m with all fiting, fixings etc, (1Unit)

Hiring and installation of Grass Carpet at the entrance of the hanger and performance ground means complete.

(All materials are contractor's property and materials should be in good condition)

Fitting and fixing PVC fire resistant tarpolin over the steel roof truss frame-and plastic rope netting and tying the tarpaulin with plastic rope with the frame as directed and specified by department including carriage-of materials and removal of materials alter function is over. (All materials arè contractor's property and materials should be in good condition)
