Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class B bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with the clips complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparing old decorated surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in leveling course/ padding over roof, chajja etc and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar including removal of rubbish out side MD land. Note: The place of disposal shall be find out by the contractor.

Material and labour for Cement Concrete tiles 25cm x 25cm x 22mm thick machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut and polished with grey cement and pigments laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick(square/Rectanglar) area of each tiles exc 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 Sqm in floor laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in CM 1:4 , set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450mm x 300mm x 7mm thick but as on vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 set and jointed in neat cement paste and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings,chequred plates etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bar; barred iron doors; ladder; framed balusters; walkj ways, railings, frame work for water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Grade E-165 all as specified .

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes in hard/dense soil (or smilar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for false ceiling work of aluminium anodized ceiling grid system conforming to designation 3600 given in IS 207-10985 including all ceiling cleats with necessary main tee, cross tee and wall angle of size 23.5mm x 23.5mm x 1.5mm thick with 605mm x 605mm grid system suitable for room sizecomplete all as specified.

Material and labour for clean existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement wire brushing to remover loose rust spalls with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 20% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel including application of rust converter and applying protective coating complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor on concrete surface (This inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a vertual extent of 100 mm through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5) so it has not carcinogen activity with concrete.

Material and labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes in structural members at the intervals of 500 center to center in staggered manner or as directed by Engr-in-charge in RCC structural element. Work shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for min.12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements.

Material and labour for Injecting of site cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1- Cement, 2-water) including super plsticizer (Supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/cm2 etc complete till the grout mix flows out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled. (for repair to wall & slab)

Material and labour for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, Including,Mixing of materials:Mixing of material components(part a&b) in the required quantities as per manufacturer's instruction by weigh batching.Grouting maintain the pressureat exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure guage at exit.Grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@ 100ml per nozzle. Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam and columns)

Material and labour for machine cut cudappa stone slab 20-25 mm thick fixed independently and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for roughening surfaces of old concrete surfaces by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust etc including taking down tarfelt and 15 mm thick screeding in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for preparing roof surface with water and finally remove dirt and applying water proofing treatment as per manufacturers instructions and comprises of the following activities:- (a) Apply one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.25 Kg per Sqm. (b) Apply evenly a coat of bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm (c) Providing and laying five layered 4 mm thick APP (Atatic poly propylele) modified polyester reinforced water proofing membrane with minimum weight of 4.60 Kg/Sqm. The APP membrane shall be laid using torch application method with minimum 100 mm side overlap and 150 mm end overlap.The APP membrane shall be taken upto minimum 200 mm on vertial surfaces.
