Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 0.15 M.deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 M.and lift up to 1.5 M.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels.

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Spreading of sludge, dump manure in and/ or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge(Cost of sludge,dump, manure and/or good earth to be paid separately).

Grassing with approved quality of lawn grass in rows 5 cm apart in both directions, including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed(the grass & good earth shall be paid separately.)

Planting of shrubs and watering once.

Supply of healthy plant material

Supply of healthy, well branched Pisonia alba of 2-3 ft. in height at site.

Supply of healthy Malpighia coccigera of height 30-45 cm multibranched at site.

Supply of Ticoma stans of height 90-105 cm., bushy at site.

Supply of Tabernaemontana coronaria (Chandani Dobule) of height 90-105 cm., bushy at site.

Supply of healthy, well branched Ravenia spectabilis of height 90-105 cm. at site.

Supply of healthy,well suckered Dinella at site.

Supply of healthy, well branched Ixora duffy pink.of height 90-105 cm at site.

Supply of healthy, well branched Sanchezia nobilis of height 90-105 cm . at site.

Supply of red earth or good garden earth free from stones, murrum, stubbles grass runners, other foreign material etc. is to be supplied at the site including royalty and carriage.The volume of the soil shall be reduced by 20% for voids.

Supplying of well decomposed FYM (dry cow dung manure) at site including royalty and carriage.The volume of FYM shall be reduced by 8% for voids.

Removal and disposal of garden waste lead charges for Lead Exceeding 3 KM but not exceeding 4 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc.Debris Beyond 3 Km but up to and including 4 km.(Truck capacity-9 Tons.)

Maintenance of garden including lawn, groundcover, shrubs, trees etc.(Yardstick - 1 labour for 1500 M2 area.).

Spraying of Herbicide/Insecticide (The cost of weedicide /Insecticide will be paid separately.

Supply of Pre-emergence Herbicide ( Pendimethalin) required for spraying in soil to prevent emergence of weeds Total Area: 13000 m2 (Amount of Weedicide (@ 0.5ml/ M2,13000.00 M2 x 0.0005L/M2= 6.5 x 3 times= 19.5 Lit.,rounded as 20 litres.)
