Taking down existing copper/aluminium conductor point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, bell/buzzers, regulators, sockets etc, and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit and making good disturbed surface of walls, ceiling, etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour, point wiring (Concealed) with single core multi stranded copper conductor 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit medium duty of size 19/20mm with all standard fittings such as Tee junction, bends etc, concealed in wall/fixed on ceiling including powder coated M.S. box of required module for modular switches/fan regulators etc, including 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS colour code cable of 1100volts grade for earth continuity, as for one light/ fan/bell point or fan point controlled by one modular switch, complete all as specified and directed. Note : 1. Rate quoted shall be deemed to include cutting chases for concealing conduit and making good in cement mortar (1:4) or PCC (1:2:4) as required. 2. Modular switches, sockets etc shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of T-5 04 feet tube light fitting 20 Watt LED MS White powder coated Batten with decorative end cap complete with retrofit PC Type , complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix in replacement of, sheet metal enclosure , single pole and neutal including two pin, earth plug and socket, with one MCB single pole, 32 Amp, 240volt, including necessary electric connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fan regulator, modular type, 5 step high speed (1 Module), 100 / 120 W, 230 V, the same as required at site as per existing make and fix with new screws and making electric connection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of integral LED street light fitting 30W, single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs, IP 66 protection including making connections to be mounted on existing bracket, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of integral LED flood light fitting 60W, single piece pressure die cast aluminium housing with toughened glass and high power LEDs, with SPD 10KV including making connections to be mounted on existing bracket, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of bracket made out of GI pipe light grade 32mm dia of length 1.2m, bend to shape for mounting LED street light fitting with MS clamp of suitable size, complete with nut bolts and washers including grouting on wall etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Sub Main Wiring with Two run single core 2.5Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100volts grade colour code cables, drawn on surface in and including stove enamelled steel conduit of 20mm dia bore medium grade, including standard fittings such as Tees, junction, bends etc., with and including One run of continuous multi stranded copper conductor 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100volts grade colour code cable for earth continuity and making good disturbed surface including taking down old wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two run of 2.5Sqmm + One run of 1.5Sqmm for earth wire shall be measured as one RM.

Material and labour for Sub Main Wiring with Two run single core 10Sqmm (nominal area) multi stranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100volts grade colour code cables, drawn on surface in and including stove enamelled steel conduit of 20mm dia bore medium grade, including standard fittings such as Tees, junction, bends etc., with and including One run of continuous multi stranded copper conductor 6Sqmm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed 1100volts grade colour code cable for earth continuity and making good disturbed surface including taking down old wiring, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Two run of 10Sqmm + One run of 6Sqmm for earth wire shall be measured as one RM.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with GI earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.5 m deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, earth pit surrounded by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal, dust and common salt, including GI wire 4 mm dia as earth lead fixed by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers etc and other end connected to the test point including 15 mm dia light grade GI protection pipe and watering pipe 20 mm dia medium grade with funnel and wire mess including necessary earth work, PCC earth pit chamber in PCC 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with precast RCC pit cover 80 mm thick etc including dismantling old earthing , complete all as directed and specified.

S&F GI strip 25x4mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on insulator or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in and including conduit/pipe or fixed to wall or any other indicated situation to connect the equipment from test point, complete all as specified & directed .

Supplying, laying, testing, connecting and commissioning LT cable size 16Sqmm, 4core, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty XLPE insulated armoured with aluminium stranded conductor with suitable size cable glands, crimping type cable lugs etc including taking down old XLPE cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, testing, connecting and commissioning LT cable size 25Sqmm, 3.5core, 1100 Volts grade heavy duty XLPE insulated armoured with aluminium stranded conductor with suitable size cable glands, crimping type cable lugs etc including taking down old XLPE cable, complete all as specified and directed.
