Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Granite of any colour and shade. Area of slab over 0.50.

Extra for providing opening of required size & shape for wash basin/kitchen sink in kitchen platform, vanity counter and similar location in marble/ Granite/ stone work, including necessary holes for pillar taps etc. including moulding, rubbing and polishing of cut edges etc. complete.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Sal wood.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS : 2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 30 mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.

Providing and fixing M.S. fan clamp type I or II of 16 mm dia M.S. bar, bent to shape with hooked ends in R.C.C. slabs or beams during laying, including painting the exposed portion of loop, all as per standard design complete.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter.

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, ......... : For fixed portion. Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge............Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron).

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on one side and balancing lamination on other side.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5.50 mm thickness.

Grading roof for water proofing treatment with. Cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Waterproofing of roof by applying sika waterproofing agent as per following steps as per approval & satisfaction of EIC. A) Surface preparation by repairing all cracks and joints with latex modified sand cement mortar of 1 cement :3 coarse sand. B) Applyng Sika cool coat primer one coat @ 200gm/sqm on prepared surface. C) After applying primer leave it for minimum 4 hrs for drying and then apply one coat of Sika cool coat @ 500gm/sqm. D) later on apply fibre glass cloth. E) After providing FIbre glass cloth apply 2 coats of Sika cool coat @ 500gm/sqm with an interval of minimum 4 hrs.

Cleaning of choked/blocked rain water pipe, soil waste pipe, vent pipe, manhole, sewerage pipe, gully traps, EWC, IWC, wash basin, kitchen sink, bottle traps, floor traps, house drain, storm water drain etc. of any diameter and sizes i/c removal of malba as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a) Manhole i/c connected sewerage pipes up to the next manhole.

Placing/Shifting of existing precast RCC slab placed over surface drain/strom water drain within a lead of 50 mtr.

Providing of welding machine for repair work in airport permises at site with welder and helper as per satisfaction of EIC.

Supplying unskilled labour for carrying out miscellaneous unforseen activities at site as per the requirement and direction of EIC.

Providing CISF Inspection Desk of required size for airport operations at Bagdogra airport. The Inspection Desk is to be fabricated with 19mm thick Ply (conforming to IS:710) as per the detailed drawings. The Inspection Desk is to be finished with 1mm thick laminate sheet (of approved shade) and 18mm thick black granite top as per the detailed drawings. The work includes fabrication and providing Inspection Desk at the desired location completely finished as per the drawings. The rate shall include cost for all materials including wastages (including wooden edge-beadings, screws, nails, adhesives, paints/ primers etc) labour, transport and nothing extra shall be paid separately.

Providing CISF Stamping Table of required size for airport operations at Bagdogra airport. The Stamping Table is to be fabricated with 19mm thick Ply (conforming to IS:710) as per the detailed drawings. The Stamping Table is to be finished with 1mm thick laminate sheet (of approved shade) and 18mm thick black granite top as per the detailed drawings. The work includes fabrication and providing Stamping Table at the desired location completely finished as per the drawings. The rate shall include cost for all materials including wastages (including screws, nails, adhesives, paints/ primers etc) labour, transport and nothing extra shall be paid separately.

Providing CISF Frisking Pedestal of required size for airport operations at Bagdogra airport. The Frisking Pedestal is to be fabricated with 19mm thick Ply (conforming to IS:710) as per the detailed drawings. The Frisking Pedestal is to be finished with 1mm thick laminate sheet (of approved shade) and 18mm thick black granite top as per the detailed drawings. The work includes fabrication and providing Frisking Pedestal at the desired location completely finished as per the drawings. The rate shall include cost for all materials including wastages (including screws, nails, adhesives, paints/ primers etc) labour, transport and nothing extra shall be paid separately.

Providing CISF Seat of required size for airport operations at Bagdogra airport. The Seat is to be fabricated with 19mm thick Ply (conforming to IS:710) as per the detailed drawings. The Seat is to be finished with 1mm thick laminate sheet (of approved shade) and cushion at the top as per the detailed drawings. The work includes fabrication and providing Seat at the desired location completely finished as per the drawings. The rate shall include cost for all materials including wastages (including screws, nails, adhesives, paints/ primers etc) labour, transport and nothing extra shall be paid separately.

Providing Ladies Frisking Booth of required size for airport operations at Bagdogra airport. The Ladies Frisking Booth is to be fabricated with 19mm thick Ply (conforming to IS:710) and fixed to the floor using square MS bars as per the detailed drawings. The Ladies Frisking Booth is to be finished with 1mm thick laminate sheet (of approved shade) as per the detailed drawings. The work includes fabrication and providing Ladies Frisking Booth at the desired location completely finished as per the drawings. The rate shall include cost for all materials including wastages (including screws, nails, adhesives, paints/ primers, curtain bar etc) labour, transport and nothing extra shall be paid separately. (The exterior surface area of the booth, excluding opening/entry, shall be measured for payment purpose).

Preparation of architectural layout of the proposed extensions and other service drawings, structural design and drawings and getting the same vetted from Jadavpur University or Sivpur university or IIT khadagpur to make" good for construction" drawings for Modification and extension of Terminal Building including submission of drawings, design etc. of sufficient numbers, inclusive of all payment to cunsultant if any and to Jadavpur University, Sivpur university, IIT khadagpur etc. as specified in the technical specification and instructed by engineer-in-charge.
