Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) Crusher incl. all carriages of material upto site of work.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Foundations, footings, bases of columns for mass concrete

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty)by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5 km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete. Incl rolling and consolidation all complete and carriage of material upto the site of work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in with) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting ouf excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres: All kinds of soil:

Consilidation of pitch base to required gradient and X-section using PRR of 8-10 ton to achieve required density

S/L of stone solling in trenches hand packed of size not more than 100mm incl. consolidation with PRR 8 tonn capacity including all carriages of material

S/L of coarse sand incl. sieving of sand properly to remove any foreign substance and laying in layers not exceeding 50mm in depth and surface to be flooded with water incl. carriage of sand from source as directed by EIC.

S/L of sandy loom (mixture of fine sand and fine clay) in ratio 1:10 to be laid in layers not exceeding 50mm in depth and consolidation with 1/2 tonne roller or plate vibrator all complete job as directed by EIC
