NOTE: i) The lengths of pipelines are tentative. ii) Payment for items above under pipeline laying in all type of rocky strata shall be made only whereever hard rock is existing and supply and installationj of padding materaiIs (i e sand/son soil)shaII be done as per the direction of EIC Bidders to quote accordingly. iii) Laying of the complete network should be done in continuity without any pending connectivity including all crossings. No seperate payment will be made for crossings. iv) Liaisoning for Laying and associted works has been included in the respective laying SOR.

GI Installation (from TF to riser Isolation Valve for regulator piece/riser connectivity)

Installation of 1/2 Inch GI Pipe, GI pipe supplied by the Owner. All the fittings in Contractor’s scope including GI clamps, Raval pluge, SS Screw and etc.

Installation of 3/4 Inch GI Pipe, GI pipe supplied by the Owner. All the fittings in Contractor’s scope including GI clamps, Raval pluge, SS Screw and etc.

Civil Work/Cutting/ Breaking and Restoration:

Restroration of the all kind of pathway: Restoration by using excavated material such as tiles/pavers/granite/red stone etc by providing PCC 1:4:8 below after compaction of the filled soil, fixing the Tiles/Paver blocks/Granite etc and matching it to the existing surface. Item includes providing of extra finished material if required.such as Tiles/Paver blocks/Granite etc matching to original pathways.

Breaking/Cutting of Cement Concrete-Making provision for PE Pipe laying as per site requirement and as per instruction of EIC.

Valve Pit Chamber (RCC) Constructing valve pit chamber in RCC of grade M-25 over 7S mm thick levelling course in 1:4:8 mix including 16 mm thick plasteñng with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and PCC pedestal for Valve

support (if required) complete as per specification, drawings and direction of EIC. Valve Pit Chamber shall be covered with 150 mm thick RCC top slab of M-25 grade with manhole cover (medium duty) along with ‘frame as per IS 1726. Rate to include cost of all labour, tools, tackles, equipment, hire charges, supply of all materials such as minimum 45 grade cement, reinforcement, CI manhole cover, PVC coated rungs, inserts including excavation and backfilling, masonry works, plastering, etc. with all bye works and sundry works. The GAIL logo should be engraved on the cover of valve pit.Drawing as enclosed in tender documents.

GI Sleeves /Concrete Sleeves

Construction of RCC structure for protection of service line for drain/nallah Crossings

Construction of Non suspended slabs/pavement slabs including pedestal/ramp etc.using reinforced cement concrete of M-25 grade (Concrete shall be design mix/nominal mix with 20 mm & down size graded crushed stone aggregates) to protect the PE pipe laid. All necessary form work, finishing the top surface rough/smooth as required in any position, shape, level and thickness etc. shall be as specified and directed by EIC. The rates shall include grouting of pockets, supply of all material, tools, reinforcement steel etc.

Construction of Earth pit
