Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth,sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m

Disposal of surplus earth building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved

Providing and laying in position Plain Cement Concrete of 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand (zone-III): 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns

Providing 12 mm cement plaster of mix 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: on New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and laying new 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required coulour and pattern over and including 50mm thcik compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement:3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not be more than 5mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge (length of finished kerb stone edging shall be measured for payment). (Precast C.C kerb stone shall be approved by Enginner-in-charge). fixing Kerb Stones etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Stone soling of thickness 100mm in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete.

Dismantling the concrete bedding holding the bottom portion of existing chainlink fencing about 25m long on the northern side of the play ground , straightening the damaged chainlink fencing, grouting the same chainlink fencing in cement concrete and plastering, including removal of chainlink from the MS angle fencing post and refixing wherever necessary etc. complete as directed

Providing & Erection of metallic (G.I.) pole above 10 meter and upto 12 meter length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Providing Earthing with G.I. Earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and drawing of 2 x 2.5 sq.mm size of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface /recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required.

Supply, fixing and fitting of 200 Watt LED Flood Light including laying of wire inside the pipe from DB to light, cutting of wire, fitting, providing connection from new DB, labour, tools, carriage etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fixing and laying of cable 2 core, 4 Sq.mm copper armoured cable at 30cm depth, back filling, including laying of cable, cutting, fitting, providing connection from existing DB to new fitted DB on pole, labour, tools, carriage etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing, fitting, fixing and installation of 5 Watt LED Garden spot light including cutting of kerb stone, fitting, fixing, providing connection from cable, labour, tools, carriage etc. to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Note-1: General Notes 1.For their own interest, contractors are advised to inspect the site with prior permission before quoting their rates. 2. All the dismantled /demolished materials shall be dumped at one place as decided by the department within 150mtr lead. 3. All the samples of materials which are to be used shall be approved by the department in advance. 4. The contractor shall comply with the provision of the Payment of Wages act 5. Rates quoted shall be inclusive of all cost of materials, labour, carriage, taxes, GST, labourcess, water charges, elctricity charges, signorage charges, wastages etc.. 6. Rates quoted shall be excluding the amount of EPFO and ESIC contributions. EPFO and ESIC contributions are reimbursable on production of valid proof of payment made by the contractor as per CPWD norms.
