Providing and laying second class brick aggregates in sokage pit including contractor profit and GST

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and fixing in position precast R.C.C. Sokage pit cover and frame of required shape and approved quality. Rectangular shape 600x600 internal dimensions

12mm Cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix: 1 : 3 ( 1 cement : 3 fine sand)

12mm Cement plaster of mix 1 : 6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on New work (two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10sqm)

Providing and fixing 1mm thick M.S. sheet door with frame of 40x40x6mm angle iron and 3mm M.S. gusset plates at the junctions and corners, all necessary fittings complete, including applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using M.S angle 40x40x2 for diagonal braces

Deduction on account of retrival of old bricks found at site.

Disposal of Unwanted earth/mulba from the working site upto 10km

Engaging welder along with welding set including carriage complete for the repair of existing built up sections and cutting of old GI Pipe

P/F G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings (Medium Grade) & clamps including cutting holes/chases in walls and making good the same/earth work in trenches.(Prakash/Surya make).a. 50mm nominal bore

Providing and laying PVC pipe of following dias (Uniplas, Supreme, Finolex make) 4 kg/cm2 pressure in ground/on walls in case of Rain Water Pipe including all PVC fittings jointing with adhesive of approved make ,making good the same etc. complete. Nothing extra shall be paid.

Providing and fixing gun metal non-return valve of approved quality (screwed end) vertical 80 mm nominal bore

Provision for 2 no. 10HP motors with necessry electric fittings
