Comprehensive maintenance and servicing, oiling, greasing, tuning, overhauling fixture accessory replacement of first moving parts changing oil/fuel filters, replacement of bulbs, fuses, repairing of wiring, replacement of coolant, brake oil, steering oil, engine oil, cleaning and maintenance of radiators, maintenance of battery with electrolyte solution, distilled water, wheel alignment complete following worn-out parts complete all as directed (a) Fuel Filter Make : Bosch Set 1.00 (b) Oil Filter Make : Bosch Each 1.00 (c) Air Filter remove and refit after cleaning (d) Engine Oil (20W 50) Make :Castrol Ltrs 7.00 (e) Brake Fluid 20 DOT 4 Make: TVs Ltrs 1.00 (f) Coolant Make : Castrol Ltrs 2.00 (g) Distilled Water Ltrs 5.00 (h) Steering Oil (ATF DEXRON III) Make : Castrol Ltrs 0.5 3. Dismantling and taking down defective clutch system replacement of minor spare and assembling, testing for vehicle complete all as specified and as directed. (a) Replace the oil seal kit of top clutch cylender (b) Clutch Cylinder Each (c) Repair the unservisable alternator by changing oil seal,bush,bentex,bearing etc. (d) Clutch release bearing Each

(f) Clutch Pedal travel Each (g) Clutch Fork Each (h) Damper spring set 1.00 (i) Adjust and servicing of ccelerator and clutch cable both 4) Overhauling all four door and hinges for smooth function. Open and remove front RHS door to replace new channel, rubber strip nut bolt, handle etc. Do glass aliment also one job. 5) (a) suspencian work: Replace unserviceable both front shockabser and bushes.one job. (b) Replace unservvceable suspences bushes of front side with new tower bolt. (c) Replace new Balljoint set both side LHS and RHS of front suspension 6 (a) Dismental bonet of the vechile for repair and rectify thedenting refiting after repair and rectify the dent and band in proper position. Overhauling clutch cable for smooth function and Replace bonet bushes also (b) open and dismental the desk board of vechile and remove all connected wire and conection to replace unserviceable POL Meter unit. 7.(a) Dismantling & cutting the corroded sheet in back open compartment and replacing with new MS sheet of duly welded along the sides complete and re assembling the door on the original position after caring out the complete (wilding, drilling, nut, bolt) works to the back with new thick MS angle frame also one job. b) Scraping out old painted surface of vehicles .Painting for one coat of enameled paint over two coats of red oxide primer of welding work, scratches, damages , welding/fabrication work and concerned complete of vehicle all as specified and as directed one job. 8 Servicing and washing of full vehicle including greasing.
