Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Roof trusses (Framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastening and heavy brackets framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats, etc. Gde Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of approved colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws and bitumen washer incl dismantling Plain or corrugated steel/ transluscent sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or Similar pattern roof coverings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces over 10cm width or girth of any description and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

S&F of Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood Printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC shect inclusive of solvent cement and end line L /C strip of same color and pattern and fixing at site as per specifications and drawing (approved color and shade) incl dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, PVC etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed .

M&L 18-20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) as in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills,cooking platforms, working table and like over 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:4), including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite and grinding polishing of edges or in making wash basin counter as in vertical/horizontal plateform complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out/ removal of settled Bricks/ Interlocking blocks any thickness (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in floors, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc. (each layer) laid dry and pointed and stacking at site complete all as specified and directed

M&L for refixing of Brick/ Interlocking blocks any thickness as in pathway or hardstanding (except tiles) etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block (approved shape) size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed
