Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m(one point five metre) in width or 10 sqm( ten square metre on plan),including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, (one point five metre) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within a lead of 50 m.(fifty metre) as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm )(fifty three millimeter to zero point zero seven five millimeter) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:3:6 (one cement: three sand: six graded stone aggregated 20mm (twenty millimeters) nominal size, as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying heavy duty precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks vibro compacted upto M-40(M-forty) grade including border or kurb block grey or coloured over sub base of concrete with 25mm (twenty millimeters) thick average thickness of cement 1:4 (one cement: four sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of blocks including curing rubbing and polishing complete (sub base concrete) floor to be paid for 80mm( eighty millimeters) thick inter locking blocks of N.T.C,GICO,NITCO,Modern,make or its equivalent BIS certified ISI blocks and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.The rates are inclusive octrol, royality, Malkana,toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
