DG SET

ENGINE (PRIME MOVER). CPCB-IV + compliant Diesel Engine 1500 RPM of suitbale HP as recommended by manufacturer water cooled, Turbocharged aircooled, electronic governor, 12 Volts (of AH rating as per manufacturer specification) battery start, complete with fly wheel and all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturing practice including suitable engine control panel with tachometer, lub oil temp & pressure gauge, water temp guage and frequency meter (digital type) including safety shutdown contents) and also including self starter, dynamo, fuel tank etc and conforming to IS 10002, ISO 3046, BS-5514. The engine shall give electrical out put of 40 KVA at 0.8 PF (lag).

ALTERNATOR. AC alternator, self excited, self regulated, self ventilated, brushless design, conforming to IS/IEC: 60034-1, 3 Phase, 415 volts, 50 Hz, 4 wire system output 40 KVA PF 0.8 1500 RPM insulation class `H' enclosure IP 23/SPDP complete with AVR with ± 1.5% voltage regulation directly coupled to and match the above engine and capable for over load of 10% for one hr in 12 hr operation.

CONTROL PANEL (AMF PANEL) : Inbuilt control panel to match with the requirment of DG set and shall be manufactred with 14/16 gauge CRCA sheet and is powder coated for a weather proof and long lasting finish . The control panel consist of following parts as per manufactured norms: (i) PCC- key switch/ Autostart Generator set controller. (ii) Multifunction meter displaying the parameter as voltage current, frequency water oil pressure KVA,KW (iii) Contractors with HRC fuse of suitable rating,current transformers, AMF logic Battery Charger Aluminium Bus bar of suitable capacity indicating lamps. (iv) Standard foundation as per manufactrers specification anti vibration foundation pad of approved make & suitable capacity.

BASE FRAME. Made out of structural steel as per manufactur's recommended design/specications.

ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE. Accoustic enclosure designed to meet stringent MoEF/CPCB norms of 75 dBA @ 1mtr at 75% load under free field conditions made of CRCA sheets and structural /sheet metal base frame with high quality noise absorbant anf fire retardant grade accoustic insulation material (foam) complying to IS: 8183 . Provision of LED light with door NO/NC contact, engine emergency stop push button, hinged door (with toughened glass on door shutter facing monitoring panel) locking and rain guard arrangement, thermostate to for automatic engine stop on increse of temp above set temp range. Note :- Rates are inclusive of the below provns:- (i) PCC foundation as per manufacturer specifications. Foundation shall be at least 450mm above GL and extended 600mm on eachh side from base of DG set. (ii) Water/heater load test at site for 12 Hrs duration (1/2 Hr at No load, 1/2 Hr at 25% load, 2 Hrs at 50%,3 Hrs at 75% load, 4Hrs at 100% load, 1 Hr at load in excess of 10% of rated load) in presence of IEM / Rep of accepting officer with necessary artificial load , T&P and FOL etc. (iii) Periodical maintenance like A-Check, B-Check, C-Check, D-Check as per OEM maintenance manual including Lub oil change, filter replacement etc during Defect Liability Period .

RCC Septic tank designed to carry sewage and sullage water, excavation in any type of soil, PCC 1:4:8 below foundation, RCC M-30 Design Mix in Walls , Base Slab , Baffle walls and Roof Slab including beams etc with Vent shaft , manhole openings with cover connection etc., complete with effective depth of 1.5 meter and overall depth of 3 meter for 150 Users.

Preparing compost pits of size 0.90x0.90x0.90 by excavation in ordinary soil carrying out antitermite, planting trees & refilling of the pit with compost (manure, sand and sweet earth mixed in ratio 1:1:4 BREAKING MOULDS, RAMMING AND FLOODING WITH WATER filling with more compost if necessary and fine dressing including removal of rubbish unserviceble materials and surpus soil to a distance n exc 100m. ATT shall be in form of 200 gms neem cake mixed with every cum of compost followed by dursban or equivalent applied at 2 ml per litre in the first watering of 20 litres per pit, colmplete as specified. Note (i) The rate for excacation and getting out soil shall be deemed to be included in the rate of this item. (ii) The rate for mixing only earth, manure and sand is deemed to be included in the unit rate of this item supply of sweet earth manure and sand hall be paid under respective item of this schedule.
