Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405. (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and applying tack coat-1 with VG-10 using pressure distributor at the rate of 2.00 kg. per 10sqm area on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechenical broom . complete as per Clause 503 of MORTH Specification (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing, laying and rolling of open - graded premix surfacing of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 5.6 mm aggregates using viscosity grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant of appropriate capacity not less then 200 tonne per hour laying and rolling with a smooth wheeled roller finished to required level and grades as per Technical Specification Clause 510 (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a Bituminous surface laid to the specified level grade and cross fall using Type B Clause 511 (Including all material, T&P, labour cess etc. but excluding G.S.T.)
