To scrap, power clean the side plates, floors and ceiling, inside of all bilge tanks and paint with 2 coats of primer, 2 coats of finish epoxy paint. (Paint PPT supply)

To quote for scrap, clean the side plates, floor and ceiling of wing's fresh water tanks and paint inside tanks with 2 coats of primer and 2 coats of Interline-925 or Interline-850 paints. (Paint PPT supply)

To Scrap, clean and grit blast the entire hull, ship side and main deck plating up to the standard of SA 2.5.

To Paint the underwater portion of the hull with 6 coats of Epoxy Paint by airless spray. (2Coats primmer+2coats sealer+2 coats Anti fouling/Finish). (paint PPT supply)

To Paint the above water level portions and main deck plates, super structure(inside and out side) with 6coats of Epoxy Paint by airless spray (2 Coats primmer+2 coats sealer+2 coats deck finish) (Paint PPT supply)

To Scrap power, clean the entire engine room bilges, floor plate, side plates, ceilings, including all frames, angles and foundation of Generators and all other equipments in- side engine room. To paint floor,ceiling & side plates with 5 coats of Epoxy Paint (2 Coats primmer+ 2 coats sealer+1 coats Finish) with air-less spray/brush. (Paint PPT supply)

To measure thickness of Hull/ deck plates by Ultrasonic thickness Gauging through Class approved firm and report along with drawing to be submitted.

To renew Wheel House Floor mats . (Self adhesive & removable, PVC material, wood grain type, strictly as per PPT approved sample). To quote including cost of materials.

To Change of wheel house ply wood with Sunmica. ( Marine ply Kit ply – 12 mm thickness). To quote including cost of materials.

To lower anchors along with the chain cleaned, Grit blasted and painted with 2 coats of epoxy primer & 2 coats of finish paints. Joining shackles & ‘D Shackles to be opened, changed with new joining shackles, freed, marked and painted. Anchor chain to be changed as per PPT/IRS requirement. Bitter end connecting to be checked and if necessary strengthened. To quote including cost of materials.

Water tight Packing for all the weather deck doors and hatch cover for E/R room and other spaces are to be changed. Width=40mm To quote including materials.

To Fabricate new mast with MS plates and pipes(Sch 40) and fit with new SS nuts and bolts. To renew the cable tray and wires for navigation lights. To quote with materials. To quote including cost of materials.

To qoute for Steel Renewal including cost of materials: Steel Plates along with frames, beams, brackets and all the required fittings shall be renewed at following locations as per the normal practice of ship construction / IRS Construction Rules: (a) Hull Plates (Under Water & Above Water) (b) Main Deck Plates (c) Under Deck Bulk Heads (d) Steel Fender all around the ship side. (g) Steel structure as required by PPT (h) Engine room floor plates securing angles , stair case, ladders in-side all tanks and Engine Room ,man hole covers and also the partition bulk heads of tanks (plate renewal), including any frame and bollard renewal. Firm to Quote above steel renewal including cost of Steel Plates per Ton Basis. M.S. Plates of 4mm to 12 MM thickness will be used for renewal of plates. The M.S. Plates are to be of approved type for Ship Construction ( No.IS 2062). IACS approved welding rod to be used strictly and use of no other welding rods shall be accepted. Before starting any plate renewal, certificate from manufacture to be submitted and physical inspection of plates to be done. Pressure test to be done in presence of authorized person of PPT as required.

To supply and install the Navigational lights as per sample (Twin fittings, with AC and DC supply) with classification society approved certificate. a) mast light (White) - 225 degree visibility, b) starr board light (Green) - 112.5 degree visibility , c) port light (Red) -112.5 degree visibility , d) stern light (White) - 225 degree visibility, and fix the same with new bases. To supply and install new 1000 Litres capacity heavy duty fresh water tank Sintex make Triple Layered type on the wheel house top including fabrication of new MS stand of required size. To quote including cost of materials. )

To renew the following structures of Derrick on forward deck with shc-80 MS pipes: 8inch dia: 3 ntrs, 6 inch dia: 4 mtrs, 4 inch dia:6 mtrs, 2 inch dia: 2 mtrs and Angle: 125 mm and rest of the items shall be repaired as per requirement. To renew the ladder, pulleys (as per sample) bearings and wire rope (length=56 mtrs, dia= 36mm, Make- Usha Martin only). To fabricate and install new roller on forward main deck. To quote including cost of materials.

To renew commodo, wash basin with jaquor tap in the wheel house. To quote including materials.

To remove and replace new pipe lines of toilet with required gasket and nut bolts. To quote including materials.

Wheel House roof top fibring. To quote with materials.

Diesel oil tanks (1-inside and 1-on deck) to be cleaned properly & the manhole door to be fitted with new gaskets (Champion -3.15mm) (a) Capacity of each tank –1000 ltr.

To repair the Emergency hand pumps on deck with all required spares and fitted back in same position with operational condition.To quote including cost of required spares.

To fabricate and Fit new manhole cover of tanks as per sample on main deck with SS nuts and bolts. To quote including cost of materials.

To fabricate and fit Store hatch cover on deck with new hinges, butterfly nuts and packing. To quote including cost of materials.

To renew the hinges and butter fly nts of E/R manhole cover and make water tight with renewal of packings.To quote incluiding cost of materials.

The following Sea Chest & Over Board Sea line Valves are to be removed, Cleaned, Overhauled and Pressure Tested at 5 Kg/sq.cm and shown Engineer in charge. To remove old lagging and insulation materials from DG set Exhaust pipe on deck and after cleaning properly, new insulation materials and lagging (3Mtrs, 75mm) is to be fitted. To quote lumpsum including cost of materials.

Electrical Defects

LED type floodlight fitting are to be fitted in Engine Room. IP66 grade. Make - Philips/havells/osram. Input Supply - 230V AC, Wattage - 100 Watts. To quote including materials

to supply and fit new LED type 10 watt decklight fitting. Make - Philips/havells/osram Input Supply - 230V AC, Wattage - 10 Watts. To quote including cost of materials.

To Remove hydraulic oil from both hydrulic tank & gearbox sump and refill with new oil after thorough cleaning. To grease all the bushes properly. The winch to be painted with 04 coat of paints after chipping& cleaning. (oil & paint supply by PPT)

To Renew oil seal of winch gear box & overhauling of winch braking system with renewal of brake linning. Quote including cost of materials

To make new shed on top of winch with GI pipes & Tata GI sheets 0.5mm thick. Size: size 6mtr X 4mtr. Quote including cost of materials

To renew all the flexible hoses of different sizes and Fan belts for the Cummins Engine and to paint with 02 coat of paint after buffing & cleaning of the body of the engine. To quote including cost of materials.(paint PPT supply)

Note: The quoted amount for Sl.No.1.01 & 1.02 shall be considered for tender evaluation purpose only and shall be directly paid by PPT to Dry Dock Operator. however if the firm takes more time than the quoted days then the extra amount shall be recovered from their bill.

To Fabricate and fit new manhole covers as per sample with 20 nos new SS nuts and bolts each. Firm to quote incuding cost of materials.

To Fabricate and fit new vent pipes on deck with flaps and butter fly nuts.(D-2", H-1.5'). To quote including cost of materials.

To fabricate and Fit new U-hooks on deck for tyre fenders as per sample. Firm to quote including cost of materials.
