Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,Fe 410 -W (Gde?E- 250) quality A ,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge or any thickness as in roof covering, wall cladding etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Pre- painted hot dip aluminium Zinc alloy metalic coated trapezoidal profile steel sheet 0.50mm thick ( Total coated thickness), any pattern corresponding to IS 15965 : 2012 of durability class 3, atmospheric classification category 3, coating class AZ 150 of an approved colour having yield strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/wall cladding, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of colour as approved by AGE(I) having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges,valley complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber scantling 40Sqcm and over in section as in unframed work in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood, in scantlings, clean sawn timber as in un framed work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new wood or wood based surface of any description exceeding 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel or iron surfaces of any description, n.exc 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paints over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable for 15 Amp switch Socket combination on independent board with 2.5 sqmm copper wire 1100 volt grade drawn through and including PVC casing-capping/conduit (medium grade) of suitable size with all fittings and accessories including PVC board with cover of suitable size for housing/mounting the switches/socket etc including 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed single core copper conductor as earth continuty wire connected to common earth dolly, compleate all as specified and directed.

S & F Utility DB encloser with plug socket and MCB 20 A , complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix electric water heater, storage type pvc/steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection piece, pipes etc., complete all as directed.

S&F SPN 2 way DB , 240V , complete all as directed..

Supply and fixing 32 Amps, miniature circuit breaker (MCB) of double poles/SPN 240V, 10KA 'C' curve, in the MCB DB complete with connection including testing and complete.

S & F submain wiring 2X 2.5 sq mm along with earth wire 1X 2.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core in surface drawn in and including casing capping with fixtures, complete all as specified and directed Note:- Two run of main wire 2.5sqmm and one run of earth wire 2.5sqmm shall be one unit.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated stranded aluminium conductor surved with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 meter apart including 4 mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or round of 6 sq mm cable, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and earth work in hard/dense soil complete all other accessories as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Sch Pt-I, all as specified and directed.
