GIS Mapping of CGD Assets

AMC OF GIS WEB & MOBILE — AMC FOR 3 YEARS OF THE ENTIRE GIS WEB APPLICATION, MOBILE APPLICATION INCLUDING PERIODIC INSPECTION, TROUBLESHOOTING, IMPARTING TRAINING TO HPCL OFFICERS AS AND WHEN REQUIRED AND MAKE THEM PROFICIENT TO UPDATE THE GIS SYSTEM AND MAINTAINING THE SAME. AMC for 3 years of the entire GIS Web application, mobile application including periodic inspection, troubleshooting, training to be imparted to HPCL Officers as and when required.

DEVELOPMENT OF — GIS, WEB AND MOBILE APPLICATION: DEVELOPMENT OF WEB AND MOBILE APPLICATION BASED SOLUTION FOR GIS MAPPING OF COMPLETE STEEL PIPELINE NETWORKS, MDPE PIPELINE NETWORKS AND OTHER MAJOR CGD FACILITIES ALONG WITH CONTINUOUS UPDATION FOR THE JOB IN PROGRESS (THROUGH OUT THE CONTRACT PERIOD) AS PER TENDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS. FOR ALL 10 GAS OF HPCL. TRAINING SHALL BE PROVIDED AFTER DELIVERY OF THE GIS APPLICATIONS. Development of Web and Mobile Application based solution for GIS mapping of complete Steel Pipeline networks, MDPE pipeline networks and other major CGD Facilities along with continuous updation for the job in progress (throughout the contract period) as per Tender terms & Conditions. For all 5 GAs under UP-UK Cluster and Jind - Sonipat GA of HPCL. Training shall be provided after delivery of the GIS applications. Knowledge transfer - Handing over of Application including source code, handing over of complete Database, Handing over of licenses, login ID-Password (if any) and all those items which are required for complete transfer of the system from vendor to HPCL progressively throughout the Contract Period.
