Providing and fixing MS board of size 1200x900 mm consisting of 1mm thick MS sheet fixed by welding to MS angle size 40X40X5mm frame with two Nos. vertical legs of 1.8 mtr. Length with Two No.hold fast of 150mm length. The MS sheet shall be supported by two Nos. MS flat of size 40X5mm bracing welded diagonally on the back side i/c excavation and cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) block of size 45X45X60cm depth and applying priming coat and painting with synthetic enamel paint complete as per direction of engineer-in-charge

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture

Brick work with fly ash bricks confirming to IS: 12894 of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in:(a) Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for : Foundations, footings, bases for columns

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

15 mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix (a)1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg/10 sqm)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering all works upto plinth level: 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)
