Repairs/servicing of Liquid Rotor Starter of unit no. 1 and 3 at Lift Irrigation Station Raya

Disconnecting incoming connection of Liquid Rotor Starter of unit no. 1 and 3 draining the electrolyte by opening the drain plug. Dismantling and corroded and rusted electrode assembly from main rotating arms and tank respectively. Cleaning the electrodes, the complete inner surface of the tank and inner arms with emery paper to clean the corroded and rusted surface followed by coating it with anti corrosive red oxide primer. Complete repairs to LRS (any one no) unit no. 1 and 3 by way of rewinding of 0.5 HP 3-phase motor and P/F of 01 no. 100 VA, 380/110V control transformer. P/F of push button assembly for raising and lowering electrodes, auxiliary contactor for contact multiplication, HRC Fuses, V- Belt, Relays in lieu of old / damaged one for (any 2 no’s)unit no. 1 and 3 Servicing of terminal block 14 ways for external connections and terminal block 6 ways for internal connections. P/F of new nuts and bolts in place of damaged ones. Greasing the sector wheel and worm gear arrangement for its smooth and proper functioning. Thereafter refilling of the electrolyte (Sodium Carbonate + Water) in the required ratio for all the LRS. The job involves cleaning the complete outer surface of the LRS to remove unnecessary material deposited on it. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges, hire charges of tools and tackles and testing of the LRS. (Complete Job)
