Requiredx. Color Scanned Originals of RC Books, TAX receipts, latest Form 24 B (Registered abstract issued after the tender notice date), Fitness certificate, vehicle insurance and valid permits of own/hired vehicles declared in the tender.

Requiredxi. A color Scanned Original hire agreement valid for at least 1 year for hired vehicles.

Requiredxii. For "Own" vehicles, registration must be in the name of the Proprietor. In case of partnership firm/company, the vehicles should be registered in the name of partners of firm/company.

Requiredxiii. For ?Hired? vehicles, all the declared hire vehicles, agreement for the contract period from 1.04.2026 to 31.03.2027, should be uploaded.

Requiredxiv. In case of Partnership firms, the firms which have a minimum of 1 year of existence prior to the date of tender notification are only eligible.

Requiredxv. In case of a limited Company, copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, shall be uploaded.

Requiredxvi. A color-scanned copy of the entire tender document with the signature and seal of the authorized tenderer on every page to signify acceptance of all terms.
