Supply & fixing copper electrode chemical earthing with high conductive, corrosion resistant, CPRI tested and CE certified Maintenance free chemical earthing pit (Pipe in Pipe Technology based) in which primary conductor (pipe) having 40mm dia and secondary conductor having 80mm dia. The primary conductor is inserted into secondary conductor and between primary and secondary conductor of earthing electrode,crystalline compound is to be injected. The length of these electrodesis Min. 3000mm (3.0 Mtr) having 45 Kg of ground enhancement compound . It should contain a homogeneous mixture of conductive cement , electrolyte carbon, hydrous aluminium cilicate and electrolyte compound complete and 60 Kg contain contain a homogenenous mixture of conductive cement, coal powder,electrolyte carbon, hydrous aluminium silicate and other electrolyte compound filled in earth pit bore hole of 200 to 250mm dia and depth upto 6.15 metres min length of electrode will be increase with connecting of 32mm x 6mm copper strip extra upto 7.5 mtr long and total depth of earthing electrodes in min 6.15mtrs for achieve resistance value less than or equal to 1.0 Ohm including PCC Earthing Pit with RCC cover rtc complete all as specified & directed. (For IMMOLS Server Only)

M& L for brick masonry valve chamber of internal dimension 1.0m x 1.0m x 1.0m , having 150mm thick PCC( 1:4:8) foundation, 230mm thick brick walls built in CM 1:6, 50mm thick coping on top made with PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate , 15mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 to all internal and exposed surface , 3.15mm thick MS sheet cover duly hinged with grouted angle iron frame of size 40x40x6mm with locking arrangement and M.S. handle and painting to MS cover and frame work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil and removing the surplus soil toa distance of 50 mtr from the work site all as specified and directed.
