Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour emulsion paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats over Old iron works using ready mixed enamel paint with approved colour including cost and conveyance and labour charges etc., complete.

Dismantling the existing one course of Pressed tile roof finish in cement mortar and cleaned away from the site including cost of all labour charges etc., complete.(Ref.:- PWD SOR 2025-26, Annex III- Rates of works - Unique Code- W-0038 (Page-30))

Chipping of concrete and roughening the surface and cleaned away from the site including cost of all labour charges etc., complete.(Ref.:- PWD SOR 2025-26, Annex III- Rates of works - Unique Code- W-0036 (Page-30))

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x4 1/4"x2 3/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete For 100cuft

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc complete for bed blocks for 10 cum

Paving the floor with best quality Stain free Nano Polish Vetrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three Sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigments etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete for 10 Sqm.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight.

Wiring with 2x1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC.unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable Colourfor open PVC light point / fan point (For electronic regulator) (5 points per coil)

Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 x l00 x 113 mm TW switch box for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking Wall socket with 5A Flush type switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point.

Supply and fixing of 1200 mm (48") AC ceiling fan complete with stepped electronic 300W regulator with 300mm down rod on the existing clamp.

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,
