Supply & Laying of 150 mm internal dia DWC HDPE SN-8 pipes confirming to IS 14930 part 2/IS 16025 part-24, laying including all necessary specials, cutting and joining as specified and directed.

M&L for Centrifugally cast(Spun) Ductile Iron pipes with socket & spigot end centrifugally, class K-7 conforming to IS: 8329:2000 marked with and including Rubber Gaskets used with Push -on -jointing confirming to IS 5382 in any length laid in trenches with including all fittings of size 100 mm dia bore all as specified.

Supply ,install , test and commission of Centrifugal electrically driven self priming monoblock pump set with cast iron impeller capable of pumping 300 LPM at 26 Mtr head, squirrel cage TEFC induction motor 3 phase, 415V AC,50 Hz suitable for delivery 300 LPM at 26 Mtr head coupled on common base chanel including necessary PCC foundarion works, nuts and bolts, copper cable from starter to motor through PVC flexible pipe , suitable size of suction pipe not less than 20 feet or as reqd at site, normax type Foot valveof suitable size, Air release valve of dia 25mm complete of Kirloskar Model KDS 527++ or equivalent all as directed and specified

M&L for construction of valve chamber 900x900x900 mm depth with PCC foundation in the ration 1:4:8 brick work cement mortar in the ratio 1:4 using of class B bricks , PCC coaping at the top of the ratio 1:2:4 , plastering 15 mm thick in the ratio 1:4 including MS sheet cover 3mm thick with angle iron frame 50x50x6mm locking arrengement complete with painting on steel surface with one coat of red oxide paint over two coats of synthetic enameeled paint all as specified and directed . (E) OUTDOOR ENCLOSURE :- Outdoor type enclsure having consturction of Galvanised Sheet steel of thickeness 2mm for load bearing member and 1.5mm for Non load bearing member with 4mm HRCA base frme . The enclosure shall have IP54 degree of protection for HT & LT switchgear compartment & IP23 degree of protection for Transformer compartment . The enclosure exterior shall be Powder Coated (Colour as per OEM). Each compartment will be provided with the door and pad locking arrangement. The Compartment illumination lamp with door operated switch shall be provided for MV and LV compartment.

(F) INTERCONNECTION AND EARTHING Interconnection Between HT switchgear & Transformer using 1C x 3 x 95 Sq.mm Aluminum unarmorured XLPE Cable & Interconnection between Transformer & LT switchgear using Aluminium Busbars with Aluminum Flexibles. Internal earthing connections including transformer neutral by using 50 X 6 GI strips. (G) PLINTH :- The PCC Foundation flatform shall be at least 1mtr extended from all side of RMU unit. Mininmum height of PCC Foudation shall be 30cm from the ground level. (H) PAINTSHADES : Duly powder coated as recommended by OEM of approved colour over a coat of primer.

(J) NOTE -1:- i) The Compact substation shall be tested for internal arc test IAC –AB for 21KA for 1 sec (A-operator, B-pedestrian). This has to be validated by Type test certificate as per IEC 67721-202. ii) CSS offered by System House / Joint Venture/ Franchise partners of OEMs shall not be accepted. iii) CSS design, invoicing, ownership, Service responsibility & warranty shall be of OEM on whose name all Type tests are issued. Type tests shall be conducted on CSS as per IEC 62271-202 in the name of OEM. iv) CSS, RMU, Vacuum Interrupter, ACB/MCCB shall be of same OEM make for better reliability, performance and service support and overall life cycle optimization. v) CSS manufacturer shall fulfill temperature class K10 as per IEC 62271-202

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 500 KVA / 400 KW,(The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant lSI standard), silent Diesel engine Generating Set, 415 volts, 3 phase, 0.8 Power factor, 50 Hz, 4 wire system as per IS 10001/10002 comprising of KOEL 500 KVA or equivalent, developing 604 BHP @ 1500 RPM, water Cooled V-Type 12 cylinder 4 stroke, turbo charged after cooled, electric start coupled to alternator as per IS 13364 mounted on a common base frame with standard control panel for automatic starting on main control panel having meters, with emission control device to control the PM within range as prescribed by NGT/ norms published vde GSR 804(E) dt 03.11.2022 of GoI and updated till date on procurement and CPCB approved acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Bangalore with integral fuel tank with battery and leads and accessories complete iincluding required PCC foundation as per manufacturers instruction and confirming to conditions as per IS provisions:-

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adequate capacity Diesel engine suitable for 500 KVA coupled drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditions after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories, directly coupled through flexible coupling, multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under Make :- KIRLOSKAR/CUMMINS / CATERPILLAR (GMMCO).

(a) Fly wheel with housing (b) Cooling system :- Mounted radiator with fan & belts. (c) Cooling pump: - Centrifugal type belt driven. (d) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping of suitable dia as per manufacture standard with MS pipe light grade up to and away two meters height from top of enclosure including necessary angle iron frame supports from floor to the bottom of exhaust pipe from the enclosure covered with mineral wool of thickness 50mm rapped with chicken wire mesh of size 2.25mm and aluminum sheet of 24 SWG to be complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclosure. (ii) MCCB, 4 Pole 400 Amps, 50 KA-3 Nos (iii) MCCB, 4 Pole 250 Amps, 50 KA-2 Nos (iv) MCCB 4 pole 100 Amps 1- No (v) CTs 50/5A for both the supplies. (vi) DC Ammeter. (vii) DC Voltmeter. (G) EXHAUST STACK STRUCTURE SUPPORTS: Supply, designing, fabrication and installation stack structure for exhaust pipe supports of DG sets with piant alongwith two coats of red oxide and one coat afterward with paint as per the approved colour. Before fabricating, the contractor has to get the design approved from the GE /CWE. The exhaust structure shall be for 1no. 500KVA DG set.Supply, erection, testing and commission of MS class B NB 150 mm minimum 4.85 mm thick with complete bends & flanges and all accessories complete in every way.Supply, erection & insulation of above pipe with RBS wool of min 75mm. thickness 96 Kg/m3 density and 24 SWG Alm cladding outside. Insulation will be done in such a way that temperature surrounding it shall not exceed 70°C beyond ambient. The vendor shall carryout calculation and shall use minimum ratings given above of dia 150 mm NB pipe Flexible Bellows For Exhaust System. Supply and fixing of SS expansion joints for following exhaust pipes of size 150mm NB

(H) Acoustic enclosure: CPCB approved enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions, with the following features:- (a) Custom built product for various equipments, with ensure the optimum performance without duration. (b) Rugged in construction maintenance free and modular designs which facilitate easy at site.

(c) 16 SWG (1.6 mm) thick CRCA sheets to be used for enclosure panel to ensure longer life against weathering action. High quality acoustic insulation materials to be used as per IS 8183 for maximum sound absorption. Acoustic layers are supported by perforated sheets. (d) Sheet metal components of the enclosure should undergo various stages of surface treatment prior to painting which leads to be better life of the enclosure against weathering action. (e) Special paint treatment with pure polyester powder/epoxy to be provided for better weather resistance. (f) Well designed ventilation system to be provided to pump up the heat in the chamber efficiently. (g) For effective acoustic / weather sealing a special type weather sealing gaskets, new frame rubber gaskets to be used. (h) Working space is to be provided around tube equipment for easy maintenance / repairs.

(j) Necessary cut out provision for entry and exist of fuel lines cable to be incorporated in the enclosure as per the requirement. (k) A see through transparent window (glass or acrylic) in front of engine panel to be provided for monitoring the operation. (l) Ducting if required, bellows, mechanical hardware like locks, hinges fasteners etc to be provided. (m) Deliverables. 75 dBA @ imtr at 75% load under free field conditions. The temp inside tee enclosure will be within as per manufacturers recommendations above ambient temp. (n) The enclosure should be provided with bulk head light fitting for inside illumination (o) The batteries should be placed inside the enclosure beside the DG Set on a suitable insulated platform. (p) The DG Set should be provided with external Emergency stop push button. (q) The acoustic enclosure parts shall be of powder coated after pre treatment process.

Note: (i) The works covered under this item shall immediately commence from the next date of completion of phase I works issused by GE and shall run for period of 02 years. (ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include the cost of manure, pesticide and fertilizers,cost of plants required for replacement of dried/dead plants/grass/treesand cost of red earth for topping up.(iii0) W ater shall be supplied free of cost for maintance only of well developed plants/grass/trees provided vide SI item NO's 1&9. However the contractor has to make necessary arrangements for irrigation from the water point given by suitable method at site without any extra cost to the department.
