Excavation in foundation, trenches etc., in earth work, lift upto 1.50 Metres stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cm, layers, when required in to plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in a lead of 20 metres. 50% PW & JW upto all lead & lift & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1 : 6 : 12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 40 mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including all leads and lifts of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete in all respcts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10(1cement: 5sand: 10graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) with 15 % plum and curing complete including the cost of form work for plain / reinforced concrete in retaining walls, Breast walls, the size of plums should be 150mm to 300mm as per drawing & H.P.P.W.D. specification with in all leads & lifts, carriage of material & other incidential complete in all respects as per entire satisfaction of engineer-in- charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in Super-structure above plinth level upto floor two levels Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 Cement: 5 Sand) First Class Bricks upto all lead & lift & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/ stone walls for interior plastering up to floor two level including arrises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finishing even and smooth.Cement Mortar 1:5 (1 Cement: 5 Sand) upto all lead & lift & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

Cement concrete flooring 25mm thick 1:2:4 (one cement : two sand : four graded crushed stone aggregate 12.5mm (Twelve piont five millimetre nominal size) laid in one layer finished with a floating coat neat cement upto all lead & lift & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surface two coats to give and even shade including thoroughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter upto all lead & lift & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4(1 cement:2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)and curing complete excluding cost of form work in Foundation and plinth upto all lead & lift & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

Steel work welding in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint.In gratings framed guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets and similar works upto all lead & lift & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

Laying cement concrete Channels (burried conducts) on first class bedding of granular material including fixing with cement sand morter 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonary work. channels 150 mm dia in drain upto all lead & lift & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

Providing and fixing P.V.C. water storage tank complete 40mm nominal bore galvanised mild steel tubes with fittings 25mm nominal bore galvanised mild steel over flow tube with fitting and mosquito proof coupling of approved municipal design 15mm nominal size ball value and mosquito proof coupling PVC cover with locking arrangement including providing pads of size as required for inlet and out let tank complete including hoisting upto all height above ground level 1000 lters. capacity upto all lead & lift & other incidentials complete in all respcts.

Providing and laying in trenches galvanised mild steel tube (medium grade) fitting (earth work in trenches to be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals complete in all respcts.150 mm dia.
