Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing and rubbish off the premises.

M&L for coloured Non - skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

M&L for coloured Glazed ceramic tiles on vertical surface 450x300x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick backing coat of cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified.

Demolition of concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for as in sunken floor etc. complete all as specified.

Cleaning of the sunken /lowered portion of RCC slab including vertical surfaces sunken portion of slab upto top of skirting of floors by wire brush and brooming complete.

M&L for Providing 40mm thick cement concrete M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC for spout pipe complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering on uneven surface of sunken portion of slab with 5mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound all as per manufacturer instructions.

M&L for providing damp proof layer in two coats of acrylic polymer coating consisting of 1 part of acrylic polymer liquid mixed with 2 parts of cementious powder applying at the rate of 0.70kg/Sqm of mix per coat and applying second coat after 4-6 hrs complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Make of the material 'Smart Care damp block 2K' of Asian paints or equivalent from Dr Fixit, STP, CICA etc. as approved.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound as per manufacturers instruction on bottom and vertical side of sunken portion of slab upto skirting level. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separtely under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade laid on sunken floor including painting pipe with anitcorrosive paint (Black Japan) & necessary grouting with cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC M-15 grade (Nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate around pipe for covering the pipes laid in sunken portion complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for PCC M-5 grade (Nominal mix) using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling in sunken floor.

Demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L Brickwork with old size fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement sand mortar 1:6.

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.
